Thank you for the excellent tip of walking through without shoes. I didn't do that. I didn't press on walls or move furniture. I love my 5th wheel, but I might not have bought her if I'd realized how much structural work she needed. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Dream and the work that you and Ivan have done, is inspiring. I'm taking lots of notes.

All them pillows😂that was a funny video one of the things men don’t understand lmfao. If I’m not mistaken the headboard section of the bed is a part of the slide out right? Your a diamond in the ruff…BRILLIANT!!☀️🌴
Lol yes the headboard is within the slide out and has three windows that are being covered up. I forgot to mention that in the video that if you lift the headboard pieces off the hooks, there are windows behind it I have a window on the other side and a whole entire door, so I saw no point in, keeping these windows exposed. It also cuts down on the temperature fluctuation in the room because they are insulated panels that I made and I should do a whole video just showing that, lol

Gorgeous job!! Girl, instead of selling it, you should park it somewhere and RENT IT OUT! Have someone manage it for you as an AirBnB for those interested in trying out tiny house living. I am sure you will make a pretty penny. Then, if you ever return to the States, you can claim your home and live happily ever after. Also, why not just drive it to Mexico and live in it there?
Well, there’s several holes in this theory… Lol if I could have parked it someplace that I actually wanted to live in the United States. I would’ve done that, but I guess you missed my video where I went into all of that, so go back a couple videos and check the one about Mexico. If you haven’t seen it, there are too many things too much red tape involved with parking tiny homes, also, my home is so big it’s a park model it is not meant to be driven from place to place to place. That’s why they call him park models supposed to park him and leave him and maybe move it once or twice a year it’s not that I’m going to go visit the Grand Canyon type of home on wheels and lastly, I never said that I wouldn’t come back to the US but I’ve done this life. And if I am here or no matter where I’m at I’m going to do something different because that’s just the kind of person that I am. This is something where I can say. I’ve checked that box and although I’m staying in the Tiny House industry, it doesn’t mean that I’m going to be living in a tiny house going forward, does that make any sense? I would rather just sell her and do the other things that I’m going to be doing in this arena, which is similar to what you were talking about but just not with this particular home she is a house meant to be parked And I do not have land nor did my family inherit any land other than in St. Thomas, the Virgin Islands and that’s another story for another day but I don’t see me being able to put my tiny home on a barge to take it over there.🤣 Mexico is a chapter in my book not my entire book and the same goes for tiny homes 😉 chapter 🤷🏽♀️ not the book. So hang on because it’s about to get juicy 😜

🌴☀️WOW!!! This really put things into prospective seeing the BEFORE renovations bec I’ve seen all of the in progress videos, problems along the way and even the upgrades once you completed it. But this video really did it for me to fully understand what you had to look/check for…the roof and under the home I’d never seen before, what a transformation…actually more like a MIRACLE😮 I can’t compliment you enough on what you did with this space. I have to be very verrrrrrrry honest with you….I’LL MISS IT☀️🌴

Thank Queen for that perspective sometimes I wonder if people get tired of seeing my space, but I know that I have not done a full tour like this even though there was one done by @TinyHouseGiantJourney this was slightly different. I’m glad it’s proving to be helpful.
Also I have plans for more things in the future with Tiny House, Home DIY & Design and all that good stuff coming. I’m trying to be patient with myself and slow down so I make the right moves strategically 😉

I’ll be honest with you… I have never used that washer and dryer because I hate doing laundry and doing it one load at a time is torture. So I kept my grandsons toys in the dryer and cleaning products in the washer 🤭😁 and also I heard the combo W/D isn’t all that great.

I prefer it but it’s normal to use propane gas yes
