I think (maybe) what happened here is that the guy put n'kari in ambush stance and tried to bait with the chaos lord on forced march, but the ambush failed probably because n'kari was standing too close to the other armies, or there was a hero nearby that spotted him that's the only possible explanation I can think of that makes some sense
My first ever campaign in w3 was Nkari and I had a blast until I contracted the Nurgle negative replenishment trait on Nkari and my heroes. It was patch 1.0 no way to remove those and the campaign was basically over I had 0 replenishment lol. Gonna try Nkari again in IE for sure soon.
Just found a crazy bug playing as Luthor harkon where healing a unit with full health appears to then refill its ammunition. Better yet, once you've filled the ammo once it will continue to refill every time you heal someone, regardless if you heal another unit. Doesn't work though with units that used all their ammo.
Found it too, easiest way to use it is a lore of vampires captain, since the passive works on everything. For some reason it's not always replenishing everyone's ammo in 1 cast, but 2-3 spells do it for the whole army every time.
Legend already demonstrated the same bug in his recent Settra campaign. Apparently, it is an oversight with Lore of Nekehara and Lore of Vampires model ressuraction features.
@@Will831100 it works this way: anytime a magic passive or spell can resurrect the model, it adds 1 model worth of ammo instead if its health is already full. So it does not have much effect on something like zombies but shooting SEs like Luthor, Necrofex or casket of souls benefit a lot from it. It works with the Lore of Nekehara too because its passive can ressurect the models.
At 13:10 N’Kari runs a straight line right through a unit of spears tossing them everywhere to get to his attack order. I didn’t know that does damage just by running through a unit.
what happened there is that he attacked them while moving, kind of like charging, except you don't get the charge bonus when you run *through* a unit. he still "attacked" them though. i think all giant units have this passive ability to attack units they run through
I was confused about this too for a long time. I'm pretty sure you need to put the units in a control group, and then click the padlock next to the group number to Lock the group formation.
Does anyone know how to get a save file off of the game to submit as a SYDB? I have one but I'm not sure how to save/load files out of the game interface to send to Legend
The standard location for save files is this : %AppData%\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer\save_games you should be able to find all ur save files there.
Isnt it kind of shit game design that they don't show a map of some kind indicating exactly where the attack is or an image of the campaign map around the battle area? I've been attacked a few times over the end turn and didn't know which army had been attacked, especially if I had multiple similar armies in the same area...
In Rome (and other titles like Shogun, I think), it shows the campaign characters on the actual campaign map in the pre-battle window. In WH2, for some reason, it relocates the characters to different terrain, making it personally difficult to discern where exactly the battle is taking place.
N'Kari by itself is one of the strongest lord imo. He is so fast that even being huge he can dodge shots easy.
He is also greatest player in Dawiling
he spawns so close to the shrine of khaine too, getting the sword early game can make stomping ulthuan a breeze.
@@Witch_King Wait.. does he encroaches on Khornball? I feel like we have footbal/soccer situation brewing here.
Shows how much strength comes from an LL's animations - microing N'Kari feels like a MOBA character
One of the strongest lord in melee for sure. Though I think Teclis can defeat him in a duel (with the help of magic)

"Don't just stare at it, eat it" lol
mmmmmmm N'Karussy yummy
But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist. And I stress the word: Artist.
My latest campaign was with N'Kari, it really was more fun than I thought it would be, to fight the high elves.

Same but it was quite easy tbh vassalised all of the high elves
Finally, N'Kari slapped Tyrion's ass. Now he must slap Alarielle one.
I'm sure N'Kari can do more than just slapping.
Seems like he already has it vASSalized
Having them rest up around the 10 minute mark was a great call. N'Kari's healing isn't the greatest, but it's perfect for fighting waves.
Every campaign I've played so far Nkari tends to get steamrolled by all the donut factions ganging up on him
@5:00 “Come on N’KARI don’t just stare at it eat it.”

legend already did that with setra
@@dmitriyk.2890 Must have missed it. Didnt realise it worked for others too.

N'kari presents the ambussy, local high elf bricked up harder then eagle gate more at 11
"Use the Forest, Luke!"
N'Kari the hedgehog... don't ask where the gold rings go.
Haha great line for Slanesh 'Tyrion is hanging at the rear!'
High Elves archers are really annoying for me, it's extra satisfying to watch them get run down like that.

Not sure if it happened here, but units can take fall damage. So possibly N'kari knocked spearman down the hill and they died to the fall damage.
@@ysmirvarulkylfu9583 Oh yea, that’s probably what happened. Still cool either way.

Slannesh battles are always either less than 15 minutes or more than 60 minutes.
How do you move a group of units ahead while staying parallel ? When you clik on a point they all converge on it

hold alt and drag

17:30 ambus faild?
The chaos factions seem almost unkillable which they should be. Also the end game totally wild.
HUNGER FOR SOULLSSSS!!!
Thanks for showing how to micro melee units
Hi do you run the game on ultra 1440p?
2:45 does this mean youre now also accepting disaster battles with < large unit scale?
only if its interesting. otherwise i will still prefer ultra/large
Legend is like the MC general of an isekai. Seems like a normal person, until he's in charge of an army. Then he's the unstoppable strategist.
Of course Slaneesh units are fast. They have the _need_ for speed!
Slaanesh is my name, speed is my game
Does N'kari get different trait for defeating Tyrion than others?
Nop.
+2 melee attack for the entire army
+1(or 2 can’t remember) unit level when recruiting
@@gachilhan damn, CA should patch it tho. After all, N'kari was the one defeated by Tyrion and Teclis in The Sundering

If unit scale doesn't matter much anymore can we finally start sending SYDBs on ultra small unit scale?
