@@shawndagrady6434 Hi!!!! I used land Lake salted butter specifically. It actually turned out alot better then the first one I made with country crock original butter.

Hey Carina! I tried this recipe and though the batter tasted delicious, no matter what I did my cupcakes would not cook in the center, harden/burn on the edges, overflow, then sink. - I made sure not to over mix - my active agents are not expired - oven is at 350 for 20 (even tried a batch at 325 for 25.. same result) Please help a new baker out 🥺
Hey Naomi, I know I may only be 12! But the problem that might of happened with the overflowing is you may have Filled the batter to the top of the tin, causing it to overflow but next time try to put less. Hope this helps!
Tried it. 20 mins for cupcakes made the cupcakes very dry....do not put too much buttercream icing, otherwise it will be too sweet.....use a small nozzle
