Narcissistic infidelity differs from "normal cheating", because a narcissist feels no shame or remorse for what they've committed! In fact, they convince themselves it's your fault, and actually lead the new partner to believe they're a victim of you. A narcissist will talk about marriage and having kids with you, while sleeping with another person. They'll give you the silent treatment and punish you, trying to make you feel bad for their own bad behavior. Survivors often wonder "why wasn't I good enough?" or "why is the new partner better than me?" because the narcissist will shamelessly wave this person in your face and parade the new target around on social media. Every second you spend comparing yourself to this person will erode your self-worth and fill you with feelings of inadequacy and rejection. How did they replace you so quickly, immediately making all the same promises to another person? The answer is simple: Cluster-B disorders all stem from the inability to attach. They never attached to you, which is why they try to intensely manufacture all the normal feelings of love and bonding, and it's also why they are able to detach and do the same thing to someone else in one day. Because they never successfully attached to you, despite all of their sweeping words. Sociopaths and narcissists are incapable of attaching to other human beings, so they hone all of these other skills like seduction, flattery, mirroring-all in an attempt to mimic what they see other people doing: loving each other. The problem is, they see "love" as receiving constant attention and adoration. This is what they give to you, and this is what they want to receive in return. The NY Times describes it this way. "Narcissistic alexithymia: The inability to understand or describe the emotions in the self. Unable to know themselves, sufferers are unable to understand, relate or attach to others. To prove their own existence, they hunger for endless attention from outside." Narcissistic "supply" is really just a distraction from this condition. When you fail to relieve this (because no external factor can), you are punished and replaced. No matter how caring and kind you were, they still don't feel good, and their disorder convinces them that a new partner will be the magical fix to everything. This is when you get "split" as the crazy bad person so they can justify their sudden change of heart. Even though they blame you, I hope you can see that this process has literally nothing to do with you. You can follow their new relationship, hope it fails, analyze yourself, analyze them, try to be more perfect, prove yourself, figure out whose fault it was, etc. All you're doing is hurting yourself. Turn your focus from external to internal. What do you feel? Inadequacy? Shame? Rejection? Betrayal? These are your feelings, and those are what matter. You need to work with these feelings, understand them, and learn to offer yourself the comfort and love needed to heal them. Otherwise you're just left with an unresolved mess of pain from an impossible situation, and a frightened heart that believes it's at fault. Left untended, it'll eventually just fade into a numb obscurity. Work with this pain, understand it, talk with it, communicate with your body. This is the most important thing you can do. Every time you're tempted to check on them, ask yourself what you're feeling. A void? Emptiness? Loneliness? Resentment? Numbness? These issues cannot be resolved through searching externally. Yes, they were created by an external factor, but it's your wound now, whether you want it or not. You are the only person who can decide to nurture these wounds and build a loving relationship with your emotions. Additionally, You can remotely spy on your narc partner without leaving any evidence or traces and you’ll be getting their text from their phone to your phone. This can only be accomplished by hiring a private investigator Metaspyhub@gmail. com who can help you hack into their device and uncover whatever they are hiding from you.

Thats a clear and true description and how it is with a narc, borderline, sociopath and psychopath...you just have to run away and heal your own wounds, even you have kids with a narc. I had to leave and also leave my 6 year old daughter behind with the narc because the narc convinced the police and the judge I was the culprit...I live in denmark and my daughter is now living with her narc mother in the philippines in my house...its very heartbreaking to watch what is now going on for my daughter being destroyed by an insane mother without me being able to help my daughter

I am just leaving my 57 year marriage with a narcissist. Everything you said in the last episode fits him over the top. When I was listening to the last episode about cheating your message stopped me instantly - every single item you talked about opened my mind and I clearly see that I wasn’t nuts.
I know that at 75 I’ll probably spent the rest of my life alone, but I was alone for the past 57 years. I’d rather live alone forever than face that nightmare again. Lies, lies, lies……………

I’ve been married 26 years, and i filed for a divorce 5 weeks ago and boy oh boy , have I ever seen the true person once i filed for the divorce. People think they know the person they’ve been with for soo long . Eye opening to say the least. You don’t know them until you divorce them and you see everything soo crystal clear and then you start seeing things that you didn’t even know existed. Cheating wasn’t something I’m dealing with . But discard , checked out , avoidance / no contact , being greedy with money is what I’m dealing with at this phase. Disconnect, no communication, no show of love or affection, neglecting your needs, making you feel like you are the one who’s the problem, they have to be the victim and you’re the bad guy .

Progress report! I'm boxing up my shit and I'm gone. Whatever life I find will be better than this. I haven't had a affectionate touch or peck on the cheek much less sex in at least 6 fuckin years. There are lifers in Pelican Bay who get far more sex than I have had. The first one in line is going to need to take a couple sick days when I'm finished.
Seriously, I just want to know what happiness is like. Two decades! I can't remember being happy. I can't. When someone you love deeply tells you that you're a piece of shit loser that everyone hates and that you are so disgusting that I'm not allowed to touch anyone, especially her. You start to believe that shit. The sight of her and my best friend arm in arm looking at me and laughing caused something inside me to suddenly realize what a pathetic joke I'd been. She kept me angry. This wasn't anger. It was the worst hurt I've ever felt and still feel. I'm scared to death that she's going to show up here.

Being with my ex narc for the past 10 yrs. made me observe this very pattern. I think they wanted to feel very important in a way that is disturbing. Instead of building trust with their intimate partners, they destroy the trust that they built with you (in that case lying when they tried to put you in their pedestal). Once they have a committed partner, they can’t stand being loved authentically by one person. Instead they go on and prey on other women that is susceptible to their love bombing. My ex narc was a compulsive pursuer in a relationship. He would go back and forth to the women he were involved before or try to meet women in complicated situation so that going public isn’t an option while having you as their main supply. In the end they destroy the very person that loved them. They are like toddlers testing your love for them. Showing and telling them you love them isn’t enough, they will cheat on your face to make you feel inadequate even if you are more than they deserve. They want to test your love for them so they keep hurting you and when you have enough of their abuse, you leave. Then they tell you, ‘you never loved me because you abandon me’. Well in fact it’s their actions and narcissistic behavior that made you leave or in other cases they discard you and will give silly reasons of the discard. Mine would use, ‘she’s crazy’, ‘she’s a nega-star’, ‘she insults me’, ‘she cheated on me’ et al. So with this pattern of infidelities and emotional abuse (who knows what else) it’s better to walk away. I did walk away and is now rebuilding my life with our daughter. We are struggling financially because I’m not earning enough to provide for my daughter but now we get to laugh and bring with us sunshine every day. No lies, no abuse and no fake love. We only live once, forgive yourself and move forward but never forget the lesson that narc abuse taught you. That is to respect yourself to walk away from what’s hurting and destroying you. That you deserve a life of solitude, happiness and love. Hugs*** :) Additionally I got to know about my narc husband bad ways when I reach out to a private detective Metaspyhub@gmail. com for help he did a perfect work for me I can see everything he’s doing on his device.

Completely accurate. Their behavior is predictable once you learn that you’re dealing with one. I’ve heard so many bs excuses that I look back wishing I would have known this personality disorder even existed. Even telling me that our neighbor was too ugly to have sex with. I believed that one because I thought she was. I’m not sure if all narcs sleep with their best friends wives for the thrill of it or just the one I had. It always amazed me that the husbands would not only forgive him, but somehow turn them into seeing me as the villain. They absolutely will try to make you out to be crazy to deflect attention to all of the terrible behavior they inflict on others, usually without the people even being aware of how bad the situation the narc has put them in. I used to think my ex never lied, but in the end realized it’s because they lied all the time. I strongly suggest learning everything you can to protect yourself from ever falling into this trap again. They don’t look for partners, they look for targets. 💜

I divorced him at a terrible loss of money, children, Daddy had all the money hidden, they stayed with the $$. I got a job transfer to Hawaii. There on and off for 30 yrs.2,500 miles away from him. It is so important to go and stay no contact! They will Hoover until they get you back and start the entire process all over again. I dealt with this for a year and a half. I was in disbelief when I first started listening to these RUclips channels. Everything is accurate as I started keeping notes on his behavior. I was never in a relationship like this so I had no idea what was happening. I was in a fog because I was constantly gaslighted. He would say he was on his way to my house and never show up. I would be so upset thinking something happened and be up all night worrying because he wouldn’t answer my texts or calls. In the morning I would get a “Hey beautiful” and gaslighted about what happened….ran out of gas, phone got shut off and he couldn’t call, had an emergency and got caught up. I believed this garbage because I was worn down and in a fog because I was so sleep deprived. I couldn’t focus. Once I went no contact I started seeing exactly what was going on. It was difficult because I was in love with this person. The love was fake. I was in love with the person he pretended to be in the beginning when I was love bombed and future faked. Please go no contact for your sanity and health. This effected me in the worse way. I became a person I didn’t know. I was strong and vibrant and was broken down. I became depressed and anxious. It is the worse abuse I have ever experienced. Going no contact has helped. Stay strong survivors.

Coming from a narcissistic marriage is actually a tragedy. Once I realized it was all lies I seriously wanted to kill myself from the despair my narc husband had caused me. It was so hard to believe the deception was so deep and cruel. I believed all his lies and he took my trust and love and just used it against me. Even now after being separated for 4 years I still feel the pain and humiliation every single day. It is so hard for me to trust men and to form a relationship with someone else. He was so charming he fooled me so well I lost trust in myself. These people are evil there is no other way to describe them. They have no heart no soul. The best thing to do is educate oneself love bombing if this happens early in a relationship be very careful you may be dealing with a narc. Don’t believe what they say test them. They are great at manipulating you. Never show your vulnerabilities they will use it against you. Narcs are liars they also talk bad about others and boast about how great they are. They are also humble braggers. Be careful they will destroy you if you don’t see them for what they truly are.

And one of his mistress took their own lives, left a note mention his name. He told me she had one of those incurable STD's. So glad I had stopped sleeping with him by then. In a different room.
He even threatened to have me followed because he thought I was meeting someone when I went to exercise. They're impossible. I still wonder if he's gay because he would occasionally bring up butt stuff knowing it's never going to happen with me. He isn't any good at normal sex.

Rushed into marriage, he changed the day we said I do. 3 years later, divorce is in the work!! He lost 50 pounds 6 months into the marriage, caught hi. Cheating on our 2 year anniversary in our home with a 19 year old boy from an app! He tracked my car, my phone, so he'd know where I was at all times so he wouldn't get caught, but I had a feeling, borrowed my daughters car and left my cell phone, he was SHOCKED!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this video. Its been very enlightening. I've been racking my brain trying to make sense of ex. Replaying all the fighting that didn't make sense, the Gaslighting, the lying, the cheating, the betrayals, manipulations, welching on every deal she's made with me, & everything she promised me she gave to others. Replaying all this ad nauseum has caused me to hav actual PTSD, which is something I thought only soldiers got, returning from war. & the PTSD & trauma from all this gave me ADD.
I admit, I had lost myself in that relationship in a way that has never happened to me before. I had no idea what a Narcissist even was until after our relationship when I started looking up some of her actions that didn't make sense to me. So, I was completely unprepared & caught off guard.
I have found other sources that explained some of it. But this video actually covers alot of the sexual aspects & how they use that to psychologically control & harm their partners. Thats something that most other sources on Narcissists don't really touch on. & that has been her most effective weapon against me. I still find myself unconditionally attracted to her. & I mistakenly thought she was trustworthy. I fell hard for her. & boy, oh boy, did she make me pay for that.
I need more videos like this. Has anyone ever figured out how to get a Narcissist back for all the damage they've inflicted? I feel like she owes me a massive karmic debt.

And then when i confronted him he had the audacity to say i must have had the std before we met, which i knew was a boatload of crap because i got my pills for free at planned parenthood at the time and in order to get them free the stipulation was they automatically tested se*ually active people twice a year for the common stds which was clamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis and i had tested positive for clamydia! And prior to getting pregnant i wasn't with anyone else! It was heartbreaking and i felt humiliated on top of being pregnant and then being blamed for it! He would get all excited to go do something even brag about headed to where ever we maybe going. But within a few hours he would ruin the whole day by his words. Then it dawn on me. An I said to him. You always saying all you want is happiness. What you are really saying is all you want to do is take someone happiness. How I figured out that he was cheating on me. He would text or call me up saying that I was across the street from his house. Or I was in town with another man. He would come up with all kinds of things. That wasn't true. At first I thought he was losing his mind. I wanted him to get some type of mental help. Cause yes I felt bad cause I thought he really thought these things about me. An it hurt my feelings so I had thought surely it hurt his feelings to. Come to find out when he said I was in town with another man. That's the reason why he had me to leave his house. He went out on a date with someone that weekend. When he said I was across the street from his house. He had another women over. He said all those things about me. Only for me to focus on what he had to say about me. Instead of what was really going on. he was manipulating me. An I thought he was going insane.

I was married to a narcissist for 20 years. And when I finally divorce him and found freedom. Yup you know it. I was found by another one and didn't even realize it before I married him. Going through the angry silent treatment right now.

So freaking spot on. I tried reconciliation, because 21 year marriage, but she did everything described to a tee. Talk about getting hurt in the end!! I thought I was losing my mind due to her complete flip once she had her new supply lined up. Luckily, the kids helped me and did some online therapy where I found that I am recovering from NPD abuse. Even the erectile dysfunction is due to it. Slowly getting better and better. Divorce is almost over, and then that evil b@tch will forever be out of my life and hopefully my mind completely.

Unfortunately many people are just never satisfied with the partner they are with and they become selfish and irrational and irresponsible to what they already have in their life,in the end they did you a big favour by removing themselves from your life for the best reasons in the end for your sanity it does become more visible that it happened for a reason and that is because in the long-term you're better off without them .

Narcissist's are Evils! All their wrong doings are your fault's. They've no empathy, no remorse with their victims. Parting your way is the only best solution to stop further psychological trauma and damages. Getting healed is a very challenging task.
    Everyone, please stay safe!

We would go out the night before. I'd be terribly hung over. He'd be up, showering, new underwear etc. Leaving me to either catch up or not at all. Then he'd come back and go home. Later I'd got to the point where I took him to to court for assault. I found out from the court he had been done twice before for similar. Two years after, he's married and got a new child. Yes he was seeing someone in my town and ended up moving near me. Good luck to that women, poor child. 🙏🏻 I'm free thank the lord. 🙏🏻

I said ok, ill leave as i don't want to argue. As i was walking out the door i was grabbed and choked. That surprised me as he said he would never put his hands on me. He dragged me back in while still choking me as a result from this trauma i hear voices. He tells me in mean tones you will never just Walk out on me omg. He also mentioned don't even bother to ever call the cops on me you will regret it. And so on. 🥴

Everything from the beginning to the end that has been described as a narcissist is exactly what my wife does and without any feelings from her heart, she walked out leaving me ,lost, hurt, broken with nothing left with me. I loved her so much that I had sacrificed everything for her. After all, I deserved to be hurt extremely and depressed now.

People like you should really speak out against Anime and Manga, especially those which promote Narcissists like Asuka Langley Soryu from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Seriously entire generations of youth, teens and other people are being brainwashed into either becoming Narcissists, condoning Narcissists and falling victim to Narcissists.

Cheating accusations, vainest man I’ve ever known, cheating with multiple women, lived at the urologist’s office because of constant infections, accusations of my mental problems…not allowing me to see my family, making me fear that he would take my children away from me if I should leave him..making me feel unworthy of love and care, and feeling completely insecure about everything..always my fault..
It took me 2 years after leaving him before I could speak to any man..no relationships work as there is no trust in my heart anymore..

My disgusting narc ex did indeed cheat on me and gave me a STD but didn't claim that I cheated on him. However, he lied to me right to my face and claimed that somehow his previous partner must have been diseased and passed it on to him, and then that was how I got it. I was young and naïve at the time and gave him the benefit of the doubt and stayed with him for more than 10 years after that! I always knew that there was no way some random ex gave it to him. He cheated on me (he was looking at dating apps during that time) and I will have to deal with it for the rest of my life. At least it will be a life without him!
