@@JanoschNr1 Falloiut Frontier was made in seven months (if I wrong about that, please correct me). But this mod took *_five years_* to be made. So I think that the modders had plenty of time to polish the final product.

2 month ago when I suggested to just release the mod as planned on the old version with a downgrader and then work on the new gen patch version people got ultimately mad at me for suggesting this... and now look where we are

Like i understood the first 2 months of trying to use the new version but the new version is ass, constant patch updates, half of the mods barely work and even after waiting months for them to fix, theres still issues.
I had to turn on the sub'i'les for this blawdy helluva trailer, but it's a banger. Thanks!
Tfw CDPR does more for Bethesda's modding scene than Bethesda. The irony is next level. Only thing Bethesda did for this modding team was screw them over. CDPR is hosting it, setting up their Fallout 4 version to work perfectly with it, featuring it on the GOG homepage, and posting its trailer to their official GOG RUclips channel.

You can apply this mod to a Steam version too.
No, you just have to downgrade the steam version. Folon team has also released a downgrader on nexus mods just for this. currently doing this but its taking a while since it has to basically download the entire game to obtain the correct patch.

@@Laezerface no, the anniversary patch is the problem. You have to get the pre anniversary patch version, you just have to force steam to download that. The mod team have a guide linked on their website.

Honestly, it looks dated on release. I wonder how many real British people worked on here. It seems like a superficial caricature of a beloved city. I enjoyed FO 3 and New Vegas, I'll be waiting for honest reviews on this one.

You dont need buy GOG of Fallout 4 if your game own Fallout 4 Steam. GOG accept universal both.
As long as you own Fallout 4 on GOG or Steam, you can downgrade it to be compatible with the mod. I still don't own the game but In the meantime I added the mod to my library.

GOG is required to download the mod, you are free to use either the GOG or Steam version of the main game (though the Steam installation process is a little bit more convoluted). The Epic version is not compatible.

The worst part about this trailer reveal is the fact that I'll never play this kind of addition to Fallout because Bethesda never fixed enough bugs to prevent me from crashing.

Is that Sean Bean trying to do a cockney accent? By God, that's terrible... Rule number one: always get an actual regional actor to do a specific British accent. Otherwise, it always sounds wrong.

Sounds like the opposite problem. A southerner having a crack at a Yorkshire accent, with a London dialect.
@@R_Didsy It's difficult for a non-regional actor to get that accent right. It sounds to me like a Yorkshireman trying to a cockney accent, and failing. Plus, the use of cockney rhyming slang isn't right either. It's like that scene from Band of Brothers where the English squaddie lets one of Easy Company look at his luger - too much CRS. I lived in London for ten years and know a few proper cockneys, so at least have some real-life experience to draw on. I'm hoping this mod doesn't have too much of that. London is (and always has been) a hotbed of multiculturalism, so it should have a range of accents.
