What are your favorite custom weapons? I have to say the rocket AR is super cool, especially since it tracks people even through teleporters like you can see in the video. I wonder if there’s a use for that?

Idk how some dude even joined me on while I was on forge an he added the laser with explosives. It worked like a hand held scarab. It was fun but not for the map I’m trying to stitch together

That’s something I’m looking into right now! Since forge has object lists, I bet there’s a way to plug a list with an object into the weapon node…

Would it be possible to place the new weapon type directly on the map?

You'd have to have it tied to an interactible in Node Graph, like use a specific weapon Box and you get the new gun.

Hmm… I still have to check a lot to figure out exactly how some of this works in forge, but I bet you should be able to change the first node that gives the weapon on marking to anything else, and maybe plug that in somewhere to let them spawn?

Trying to do this exact thing right now. I dont want to replace every weapon with variants, only having specific weapons on the map with custom variants, so i can have some regular assault rifles as well as some that shoot plasma pistol rounds
