  • Replicated the Disney style turkey legs and I smoked on them on my Weber kettle. Enjoy!

    We *DO NOT* recommend cooking food in plastic. Microplastics are carried into the food, and decrease in size when the meat is cooked or fried. The melted microplastics recrystallize upon cooling. Our public health mandate is to raise awareness of microplastic transference into food.

    Brine
    1 cup warm water
    4 tsp salt
    1 tsp Prague #1 powder
    3 tbsp dark brown sugar

    Dude this is the exact same recipe from The Backyard BBQ Show. Was looking for original content and plus you burned the legs at the end.

    I would have placed vent opposite of flame, reason being even browning, unless that's what you wanted?

    why don't u pull bck t skin @ put slices n them so t brine spices can get 2 the nside turkey has 2 b seasons ..

    I used to always wrap mine in aluminum foil until now thanx for the tips
