  • Just when you think that wrapping a Lamborghini Urus in satin chrome is hard. This wrap took it to another level. Not only is this film advanced to work with, but the amount of detail that went into this wrap is more than anything I've done. I even wrapped the frame and the inside of the tail gate!

    It's a beautiful job, Christian. I love the colour with the black. Your father had a Ford Bronco when I met him and boy has it changed for the better.

    for what I've done with thick film, VViViD ultra gloss would classify, I feel like it is incredibly stubborn around edges, in dimpels etc. I am struggling with that for long time hold. So I am amazed on area's like the back door / hinges and stuff.

    Have you ever wrapped the tail light on a Volvo XC model before? I just got one and those angles seem a bit crazy for a one piece tint, but I got the hex tint from Vivid and I don't think a two-piece would look good because you definitely see the separation of the pattern any suggestions?

    Amazing job, very impressive, massive task. Only one question comes to mind.....where is the breakeven point in making the decision spraybooth or wrapshop?

    • @CKWraps
      @CKWraps  8 месяцев назад

      Spraying a brand new car in this country properly is around $40k-$70k CAD, or so. I'd say the difference is around $30k-$60K. I have good friends who paint cars for a living and their starting price is usually $40k USD.

      @@CKWraps Okay CK....thanks for the reply.... I appreciate your info.... I'm from the Netherlands and had no idea of the price difference/compare between spraypainting and wrapping. Once again...👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 amazing job on all the details you wrapped the car 👌🏽
