Very nice! The only recommendation I can make is to use aluminum angle iron for the clamps instead of mild steel (if that’s what it was). It’s best practice to minimize areas of potential galvanic corrosion, especially if you have thick steel parts on thin aluminum sheet.

Please remove music... I started watching this craftsman in part because there was no annoying music or commentary. You could hear the equipment and ambient sound which is perfect for someone trying. to learn from a master. Mr. Koubou, please continue to make the videos you have done without music

04:44 to correctly check for parallel, mark edge of disk, take measurement there. Rotate disk 90 degrees, take 2nd measurement at disk mark, eliminates disk distortion error, gives true parallelism reading.☺

Very clever design and excellent construction! I would only change the 2 nuts to the other side of the angle bar, so that it was not only the glue opposing the clamping force.

Nice video. If your epoxied nuts do not stay on, consider silver soldering. Almost as strong as welding when both surfaces are very smoothe and matching, Much more heat resistant than epoxy.

私は市販されているSK11のディスクグラインダースタンドを使っているのですが、切断の時に直角が出ない欠点があり、かなり遊びがあるのです。
上下するアームの支点にはベアリングが使われていなくて、どう調節してもアームが左右にぐらつきます。
多分、支点部分の作りを変えないとアームの上下可動時の歪みが取れないでしょう。
動画を参考にして改造案のポイントとさせて頂きます。

いつもながら綺麗なシナ合板？使っておられますね。いいお値段しそう(^_^;)
ホームセンターのシナ合板なのでさほど高くないですよ。1600円の板を買ってきてそれで間に合いました。
でも、アルミ板を買うまでは市販品より安く作れたのですが、結局高くなってしまいました。

合板シャーシパーツに金属パーツ(可動部）を組み込むときの接着剤は何を使われているんでしょうか？ 木材用タイトボンドの色と同じなので不思議に思えました。

Very great work but I think you should put something in the box that can absorb the shocks of the iron-iron frame even stabilizes within the box. I think the aluminum threads will be useful. Or anything else . Thx too much

I made a dust collection box with aluminum plate, but aluminum threads is a good idea.
I think steel wool is good.

I was wondering and it may have already been done but I haven't found it. I was wondering if it is possible to make a mini table saw out of say...a angle grinder? And if not a angle grinder then what other tool could be used to make one? Thanks in advance for answering (if you do) and if you don't then maybe someone else can suggest something to answer my question. Thanks.

自分でもマイタートラックを使った工作機を作ろうとしています。
さて、JSK-koubouさんが使われているマイタートラックは、断面形状からして、
アマゾンなどで売られているCarAngels製や、モノタロウのイマオコーポレーション製とは違うようにお見受けします。
もし宜しければ、メーカー名を教えていただけないでしょうか？
中心部に溝があって、穴あけしやすそうです!!!

Good design, impecable make and very well exposed process. Only a pair of improvements, the glued nuts of the clamps should be fitted on the opposite side of the angle profile, for obvious reasons, and perhaps a pair of plugs in the ball bearings housings in order to avoid dust accumulation. This bearing is a dustproof grade product, but I think that a housing is also necessary.
