Mr JSK......the way I see it is that on the day you were born....the Good Old God....did not have much to do....so he spent more time with you...giving you all these talents and most importantly he gave you patience.......which is a rare commodity

Исполнено, как всегда, отлично! Но я бы на месте автора подумал бы трижды, перед тем как устанавливать наждачный диск такого большого диаметра на это маломощное точило (всего 125W). Мне кажется, двигатель будет перегружен и легко может сгореть. Двигатель в одном из предыдущих роликов автора гораздо лучше подходил на эту роль. А ещё автору повезло с такой идеальной фанерой, даже балансировать фанерный диск не пришлось.

Inspiring... your job is to the level of standard setting. While I enjoyed it watching on youtube the pleasure of doing it was your share for sure.
I'm really surprised that you didn't use a belt/pulley system in order to lower the speed of disc.
I've tried several sanding disc builds on bench grinders, and the grinders did not last long... until I made it offset and used a belt and pulleys to lower the speed.
Is it not possible with an electronic gizmo?
@waterboy8999 yes, but the cheap ones are really sketchy. The VFD would work, but pricey.
A single 2:1 pulley system will be perfect for disc sanding.

Ramon Valdez has a good dock for the belt sander that I made, he's got some great stuff on his channel.

na maioria o custo na fabricação fica maior que comprar uma ferramenta de marca boa , mas vale pela qualidade dos trabalhos que ele executa so não precisa colocar os dedos para tampar as medidas

How do you manage to get these projects correct the first time? All of my projects take at least three prototypes before I'm happy with the fourth iteration.
