- Hello Friends!
I made a grinder stand with a linear guide slide mechanism.

【Plan List】
jsk-koubou.stores.jp/
This jig is designed to use a disc grinder safely.
There is no need to hold down the material by hand, and the handle is ergonomic and easy to use.
The slide moves about 250mm. Wide materials can now be cut with high accuracy.
Epoxy resin and aluminum are used for the linear bush housing.
In addition, a thrust bearing is used for the rotating part, achieving high accuracy and smooth rotation.
The linear bush has a dustproof felt bush attached.
Thrust bearings have a structure that prevents dust from entering.
Thrust bearings are inexpensive and cost less than 600 yen. You can make it cheaper than it looks. -

I never thought I would see the day when an inexpensive power tool, like an angle grinder, would be turned into a piece of precision equipment. Thank you for all the hard work you put into your channel. You have raised the bar for diy RUclips content creators.
Fantastic very good, thank vermat
Really mesmerizing.
Quiet, neat, peaceful...
Hats off.
Yes, without stupid egotistic music and shit. THis is good
@@thanasisathanasi4965 Thing is, he isn't talking so he could pu in music and you could just mute the video. unless you like sawing noises.
Truly, I have not found anyone smarter than you in woodworking…
Best Regards to You… 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
To paraphrase the Somali pirate in Captain Phillips, "Your jig, it belong to me now!"
I've been thinking about something along these lines for some time now, but had never considered using the resin to stiffen the assembly.
Once again, just brilliant and elegant solutions.
Thank you for 40 minutes of pure enjoyment. It was like watching a great artist paint. I will now start on my two-year project to make one!
Hahahahahaha
The precision you achieve with your tools is really incredible. Thanks for the video!

Original video. Nice angle/camera. No stupid music. Great job. Yeah, love it.
Never seen anything like that in my life. that was more like working in the kitchen.
So clean and precise. Excellent.
Absolutely amazing, thanks for sharing. In México we have an expression. "An image can say more than thousands of words". the language is not a barrier with your videos. Congrats.
we have that saying here in the USA as well...

I hope you will change the life of too many people through your videos all over the world . I put down my hut for you many times . Daniel
Its a man, older guy too 😂. I thought same thing, his hands are so smooth like he is a doctor not a wood worker lol
Brilliant.. the process, the end result, the attention to detail, the edition... wow! congratulations for go beyond of "god level" :-)
I love how deliberate and precise your measurements and cuts are. Also, that you make so many useful instruments out of glue and plywood.
You can bet he's using top grade beech or Marine though. Not cheap at all.

Are the 2.1k (at time of posting this comment) downvotes just from people who can't perform this level of skill and therefore have to dislike the video out of spite?
I can't do most of what this dude is doing but I respect how well he does it and I pick up little things that I can use in my work.
soo pofessional ... a relaxing video for makers... can not help myself to stop watching...
As usual, a great video. You worked out a fantastic plan, and i agree with 'avinash khetmali'
, your work skills an patience are are a credit to you.
Again a thumbs up from me.
Amazing & excellent work. The top perfectionist ever seen. CONGRATULATIONS!..
And so many people think they need to spend $1000.00's to get quality woodworking equipment. Ingenious what they have done. Thank you for sharing.
I'm impressed. Not your average thrown together piece of crap like most RUclips videos.
Great design and great to watch!
Masterful on many levels.
I love all of your diy tools.. you give me a lot of ideas and inspiration! Thank you for taking the time to make and post your videos. Keep it up!! Great work!
This is by far the BEST DIY project (actually doable without an industrial workshop) out there. It is super handy, if your grinder breaks it doesn't affect the tool, great base and clamps, and perfectly executed. 10/10
ARISTOCRAT!!! GENTLE HANDLES, FINE FINGERS, BUT HOW BEAUTIFULLY WORKS! I VERY LIKE CARE AND SPECIAL ATTENTION TO Trivia (WHICH IS NOT IN THIS BUSINESS). CREATES MASTERPIECES AND CALLS TO WORK BEAUTIFULLY. SURE, QUALITY TOOL, VARIOUS ACCESSORIES, EXCELLENT ACCESSORIES, BUT WORKS LIKE AN ARTIST! BRAVO!
You do some fine work, my friend, A true craftsman.
I love how this is just one away from buying a motor and assembling an entire chop saw from scratch! This is fantastic!
Weiter so.
Very slick! I like the handle and the overall cleanliness of the build.
Amazing. You’re an artist. All clean and clear
Thanks for sharing
You deserve a prize for creating this video. Clear, no music, natural sounds and no elevated speed playback.
I am very impressed with the precision set and ease of design. wow.
Great job. You took care of every single detail. Astonishing!
This guy is a cnc manchine,so precised in his work.
Thank you for not using background music.
Great work, golden hands and a bright head, thank you for the video, everything is very detailed and intelligibly shown! Good luck in future projects! Greetings from Russia
I’m a so-so DIYer but this goes way beyond my skill sets. I did enjoy watching, your work is exquisite!
Hello SIR, You are one of the best in wood machining but not the best in scrap metal. For sawing, as for the file, the effort must only be on the forward part of the tool, the return must be "raised" so as not to wear out the file like the saw blade. This is one of the first things that apprentices are instructed to do. Even with good theoretical knowledge, I can't compete with you.
Thank for all Sir
i love how precise you are with everything. It is a pleasure to watch!

Beautiful work.
Personally i would have done all that with plate and angle iron, but you do you.
Once again.... AMAZINGLY cool stuff!!!
That's a clever way to get the linear bearings to align, well done.
You're a great inspiration! I've improved a lot my skills watching your amazing videos! Thank you so much!
Respekt.
Very satisfying to watch this level of perfection, it's like a calming therapy session. Amazing ideas & excellent results. Thank you.
The quality and attention to detail in your builds is nothing short of astounding, there's nothing that looks home made or just knocked together, I have to wonder if you are an engineer by trade, your kit may be home built, but it would put a lot of commercial products to shame, I love the fact you show what you are doing clearly at every stage, making it simple to follow the steps and build your own projects, very well done my friend
Americans.... fancy CNC routers and what not. computer aided..... Japanese...... Handcrafted . with handcrafted tools..amazing
Precision. Calm. Precision. Calm. Precision.
Is this therapy? I just wanted some inspiration for making a mitre saw from my spare grinder that wasn't a piece of junk.
I feel all better now. 🙂
Outstanding machine, nice work, your attention to detail, tidiness, neatness and overall skill level is a pleasure to watch. Cool mate :)
The attention put to detail, and care give a satisfied result in so going to learn a bout all of it
you are the type of worker who is very smooth, careful and precise. Best Quality Work.
Everything feels so precise, when I have a stressful day at work I come home and put your channel on and feel calm again. It is like meditating.

Thank you for the instruction movie and the ideas I got from watching it.
Pristine, pedantic, and even the fingernails were as clean and clear as a babysitter's hands. It was brilliantly done down to the tiniest detail, bench, tools, and video. Do you have a camera team working with you? Fantastic and inspiring presentation. If only all RUclips videos would be so well done.
It's been a good project. Congratulations
Saludos desde Paraguay. Que excelente vídeo. Usted es un Maestro.
Magnifico mestre, sua habilidade e paciência e talento. Parabéns.
Wow! This was, by far, the BEST instructional video I have seen and "NOT HEARD"..So easy to concentrate on what you were doing instead of listening to awful music..Very peaceful and totally informative. Thank you! You are definitely an artist..Loved watching you work.
One of the best DIY ever seen on youtube. Very clever, neat, precise and durable design. You are so full of inspiration!!! I’m a big fan. 🙂👍🏻
Excellent meticulous work - just needs a power switch on the handle so you can turn it off immediately the cut is complete.
And bravo! for no stupid background noise.
You are a genius! I suggest that you patent and mass produce your inventions. With the millions that you will certainly make, build special vocational schools and teach hundreds, if not thousands, of gifted students to become like you-- or almost like you. God bless you more and more ❤👍❤.
Hello. This was a real pleasure to see how accurate and for the love of details you get into this! How silent, calm and gentle you work is awesome! Even torque of screws is on very top. I´m stunned! This is DIY at its best and how it should be done! Greetings from germany :)
Meisterklasse 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 TOP(!)
Pretty interesting ... Well .... really it's damn cool!
I've been trying to think of a jig for either an angle grinder like this, or a bench grinder that would allow me to place a lawn mower blade on it, set the correct angle 30 deg. Then just allow me to easily slide the blade or grinder back and forth.
Still thinking but this was really cool. I like the "clear" acrylic or plastic what ever it is/was. Very professional looking.!
just take a 2x4 and cut a 30º bevel with a circular saw (using a level or even another 2x4 as a straight edge) then clamp your blade so that the face your grinding is parallel with the cut face on the 2x4. grind till flush
I just use a cheap bench grinder for the mower blade.
@@skyedangelo3237 Or use a miter to just cut a 30 deg slot in the 2x4.... to hold the blade, then just grind with grinder flat/level on top.
What is really nuts, is that I just watched this from beginning to end knowing full well that my skills could never pull this off. Yet, the precision and neatness kept me riveted. I have purchased one of the plans which I hope will be more my level - the Multi-track guide. Exceptional work.
At that level it's not woodworking anymore but art. Congratulations and thank you for sharing this piece of inspiration.
Thanks to youtube recommendations, wonderful skills. Added to my watch list.
Just brilliant, the ideas, the setups, the executions, the everything. This lady sure is an artist!
