    For reducing hair fall, eat a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I changed my shampoo and hair conditioner to littellextra coco onioon a year ago, and reduced my hair fall.

      I used Littlellextra Cocoonnion oil, and it’s really effective. It's packed with sulfur and potassium, which stimulates your scalp to improve blood circulation, resulting in improved hair growth and reduced hair fall. One of the key ingredients is onion and coconut oil, which support the growth of new hair.

    Although I came here looking for a solution, I totally relate to not wanting to brush or wash your hair.

    I’m 60 and have had PCOS and the hair loss. The root powder I still do but now I mostly will wear a wig when I go out. The Important thing to remember is to watch your carb intake because with PCOS you are at risk for diabetes. Make sure you have your A1C checked. My fasting blood glucose was always in the higher range of normal so my Dr. claimed I was fine. Turns out my A1C was at at pre diabetic levels.

    Thank you for this! I’m 42 and thankfully had my babies before I developed and was diagnosed with pcos! Over the last 5 years it’s gotten progressively worse, I currently use root touch u spray and fibres to mask the thinning and loss but that’s starting to be less effective the worse mine gets, I don’t think it’ll be long before I’m going to need a wig for self esteem!

      My hair started thinning when I was 19 and started falling out when I was 21. I’m now 30 and it’s still falling out been dealing with this almost 10 years now…
      I used to have beautiful thick curly hair not anymore.
      I’ll be wearing wigs soon .
      I also have PCOS and thyroid problems got diagnosed in 2018 if I didn’t have those issues…
      I’d probably still have my beautiful thick curly hair still
      And I have very low self esteem about myself because of the hair loss and my weight . I’ve gained a lot of weight because of the conditions . It’s not fair 😭

    Hello, I really loved your video and it inspired me to get a wig myself. I'm 26 years old and I work in Human Resources. I have PCOS ans Thyroid problems so I have lost a lot of my hair. I didn't think people noticed but one day I was in a meeting and someone was staring at my hair the entire time. It made me cry and I felt so uncomfortable. I was wondering if you could do a video on where to buy wigs and some tips on wigs?

    Scrue your philosophy, the fact that I searched for a solution means that I care and I want to fix it! Not to just wear a fake confidence and pretend that I don't care!!!!!!

    No I'm not BEAUTIFUL stop lying I know I'm gonna look super ugly after going bald

      This can be reversed, improve your insulin resistance, change your diet , exercice and make sure you are ovulating

    • @sruthip7713
      @sruthip7713 2 года назад +3

      Yep true your gonna look ugly, and so am I , and please don't go to levels of self harming urself just coz u had pcos,or hair loss or anything. And also I need to tell you that I had 2 huge 8 cm cysts in both of my overies, hairlost as hell, and so fat, that i couldn't even look at myself in the mirror and all that just as a young teen, idk how old u are but i just wanna say that, no matter how ugly,fat,bald,or unhealthy u look or feel, it's all gonna be gone after some treatment and you yourself would feel amazing later on. Finally: PCOS/PCOD is a problem worth fighting , your life is worth living, and the lesson this teaches us is worth learning.
      Stay strong girl.
      You worth it.😀

      @simared5827 2 года назад +24

      yes you right they're just lying with this words, you can't look Beautiful if you're bald and we all know that, i'm crying everyday when I look in the mirror and seeing that i'm losing my hair every day, specially im only 21 years old im still young, and when I go outside and see all girls are having a pretty long and healthy hair I just hate my life I swear

    • @simared5827
      @simared5827 2 года назад +18

      and I said to myself that I don't deserve to be in a relationship like who want to date a girl that her scalp is visible? or having kids if there's a 99% that my children possibly can have the same problem as me

    • @GermanicJennifer
      @GermanicJennifer 2 года назад +18

      @@simared5827 I know exactly how you feel, since I was 16 years old I had strong healthy long hair down past my waist. My PCOS has gotten so severe that my scalp is now visible. My hair has always been everything to me so I have nightmares nearly every night about my hair falling 😢 I used to cry so much. Listen though…I know your concerns about marriage, about children but I’m telling you that you can’t focus too much on this, cry about it but remember to stop and realise that you are worth more than just your looks. Your identity as a person is your character and how you choose to grow and strengthen yourself from this and in turn strengthen others from what you’ve been through. Watch survival stories of burn victims and draw on their strength. Humans are incredibly resilient and in regards to finding a mate ….. there is one for every person and he will come when u least expect it 🙂
