I am so proud and think it is rad that you have done so well with your disability. My friends little brother also has Down syndrome and looks up to you. That is so cool.
What are you thoughts on cold pressed vs hot pressed boards? So far. I found cold pressed holds pop for longer, generally more expensive. By chance know if FA or Polar are cold pressed?
check out this funky deck called the Bustin YoFace, u might dig it if you’re into wide, cozy pool-slasher bar crawl type decks. It lasts a long time, and has a layer of carbon fiber to lighten it and make it more snappy, and ridiculously good for bombs
I agree with the pop comment but for me I cannot tre flip steep kicks to save my life. My polar deck 360 flips so much easier for me. Must be my mussel memory
You should try ace trucks on your hockey setup. They shorten the wb, creating a lighter nose and mellower balancing point. I run a polar 8.625 and 8.75 whatever I can get and I run thunders because they have the longest wheelbase of all the trucks and makes the pop steeper on big mellow kids. Had to run an element, it had big steep nose Mellow tail so I was running indies for that in between but I snapped it and tomorrow there’s a polar with my name on it.
I might try Ace trucks again. I’ve had them before and I didn’t like them because they turned too much I felt like I had a hard time doing manuals. They were a little Squirrley for me. I might try them again I feel like I have better balance now and I’m a better skateboarder in general so I might be able to handle them.
@@MichaelRelevant they are squirrelly! When I first got on ace trucks, I turned so sharp it sent me pivoting to fakie! Their bushings are designed to get tighter but still turn. So if you do rely on a point you can’t turn anymore, well, you won’t find it on ace trucks.
@@MichaelRelevant I don’t ride my ace trucks anymore, but I imagine I’ll pull them out for a steep nose short mellow tail board. But I really only ride Polar 8.625 and 8.75 with thunders now.
Glad your making awareness about the toxic issues we have within are water
Wow 60mm wheels! I get wheelbite with 54mm (no extra low trucks or anything) and had to add risers and carve out my own wheel wells. Nice tricks man!!
I like your tricks selection
Thanks, I appreciate it.

Nice skating! That water filter seems like a great solution to the problem that is microplastics

I wish I could answer that but I don’t know where to get that information.
Polar and FA/HOCKEY are both pressed at BBS, not sure whether their cold pressed or not, you could probably find out with a little research
Bareback (BBS) decks are single cold pressed.
Those worn down 61 mm spitfires look so crazy
Why do they not all have wheel wells? They should all have wheel wells this shouldn’t even be a conversation.

also, watch the Royce vids of that board, he’s a Tallahassee legend and I ran into him at Kona one time, super dope fella
Dude what shoes do you have I been looking for those vans
Would you choose baker or polar ? :)
So for a bigger dude that can’t really get that much pop. Would you recommend steep or mellow concave
I usually like mellow but everyone is built different.
Should i get a polar deck or hockey im not sure
Dude are those 60mm F4 Classics? They’re worn down to the point where they look like Conical Fulls
Yeah I skate a lot.
are all the hockey decks the same shape?
There’s two shapes, I didn’t know until recently
what is the polar board you have called?
Heyy! Good vid as always, what is the size on both?
They are both 8.5 with Indy 149 trucks.
Great video!!

Im Proust of being a swede.
FA and HOCKEY boards are exactly the same shape, down to the kicks and concave and everything
Obviously not hahaha they both make several different shapes.
