Doug was the best guitarist Dio ever had. Too bad he wasn't part of the original lineup, Dio would have owned the world. Listen to how clean he's playing this tune. This is a complicated piece to get clean, especially live, and he's making it sound better than Vivian did in the studio. Incredible.
Doug Aldrich is a brilliant axe-man...... loved his glam band Lion, from the back in the day(with great Kal Swan on vocals)
