I don’t believe in climate change. I say this as a Christian theologian… and… I say this as an atmospheric scientist. But before I explain, I have a funny story about a lab. Norman is a public speaker from Montréal. He is a science communicator with a graduate degree in atmospheric science (climate change!) and he also has an MA in theology. Like a superhero leading a double life, his day job involves decoding scientific concepts while weekends often find him preaching in a church. Norman is the founder of the Green Churches Network in Canada, an environmental charity.
He previously held the position of Head of scientific education at the Biosphère, Environment Museum. Norman's mission lies in raising awareness among people who rarely hear about caring for the environment. He is also the author of three books. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
