Topper Headon undoubtedly was the best musician among them.

That's not even debatable. But, truth be said, Mick was the master arranger.
Strummer said those very words . Topper could play funk ,jazz etc . He could also play both guitar and piano ,as you probably know he wrote the music to Rock The Casbah and Lightning Strikes.

This is actually an uptempo cover of another song but it references other songs as well. Mildly brilliant actually. The question isn't what an "'em boyo" is. It's what is a 'wrong 'em'. This starts to be more clear. To wrong somebody is well known. "Wrong 'em boyo" refers to cheating, deception, underhandedness, etc, directed to people in general. Why do you wrong 'em boyo. It is the 'wrong 'em boyo', it's the circumstance of you doing it again, directed to the person the song is about. 'Why are you such a cheat, a fraud, a liar, a sneak'. It's another case of Clash-ese speak, similar in idea to the lyrics of 'Spanish bombs'.
