Yes! Im from the Philippines aswell, I can say is that European architecture is unique. From Greek and Roman architecture to medieval and gothic styled buildings and churches. Their civilization is quite advanced but not as ancient as that of Mesopotamia, India and China.

Belgian here, I would just really like to see some sort of second neoclassicist revolution, but primarily taking inspiration from post-modern architecture. It would be like a way to build vertically which would be efficient and at the same time cities would keep looking European instead of those classic skyscrapers
Thanks for this video I've learned something and not just something but important lessons. As from a third world country with lots of high rise buildings and malls it makes look like a booming country with classy infrastructures but the reality is whenever you would think and compare to these 1st world country w/o high rise buildings is here lies the answers. It's a shame but here in Philippines I could say that it was really Brusselization that happened. We've also had lot of historical sites but was now mostly covered with highrise buildings.

We’ve got some beautiful skyscrapers in Manchester like the Beetham Tower (169m) with the Hilton hotel inside of and Deansgate Square’s South Tower.
