Dont know if you will see this but I’m a 19 year old university student (going into my second year this fall) and things haven’t been the best the past few years. I’ve fallen into a very depressive state where sometimes I would go a week without properly eating or getting out of bed. I’ve tried and tried again to turn my life around but everything has fallen flat. But this video really connected with me for some reason, I think it’s the first time where someone is describing pretty accurately how I feel. I’ve definitely fallen out of love with life and I guess I didn’t truly realise it till hearing you say it. Hopefully though, this will be the start of better days! Thank you for this video, I’m off to watch part 2 now!

I’m scared because the lack of fulfillment, feeling like I have no purpose, not being happy with myself…feeling disconnected..is starting to manifest into dark thoughts. I don’t want to live anymore. I keep seeing things about following god…I found your video on instagram and I feel like this is a sign.

I completely understand, and something I think a lot of people don't realize is that there were so many times in the bible we saw somebody wanting God to take their life because of how hard things got. Job, Elijah, Jesus himself in the garden of Gethsemane was in so much sorry he was sweating blood. This world is the devils playground and it's broken but always remember that this is not your home. We are just on the way there. We are on our way to eternity in heaven and until then, we just thug it out on earth with the Holy Spirit!

This was so relatable. It really resonated with me. I'm in a space where my confidence is growing and if i keep working on it, I can make more progress. I like that i am getting out of my comfort zone by networking and podcasting and blogging. But I need to get out and socialize more; which can be hard to do as a caregiver.
