I am an ASE CMAT. I have a 2012 GMC Acadia and your video is the best! Every other video shows disassembling the dash, WTF? I replaced my switch in less time than the length of the other videos. SOME PEOPLE SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO OWN TOOLS! (I bought the switch for $21 on Ebay) Thank you! 5 Stars!
Great video. Descriptive and right to the point. Was quoted almost $400 to fix this. $50 part off Amazon and twenty minutes of time and it was all fixed.
Tried this on my Chevy Traverse! Thank you for a very simple step-by-step. I’m a novice, and was able to do this successfully! A 20 dollar part from autozone, and about 15 minutes of time, and saved myself $350.00! Thank you!

Question. Why did you remove the bottom 4 screws if all you had to do was pop of the top cover?
