Seat removal CFMOTO 450MT

How to remove the seat on a 450MT CFMOTO.
Simple once you know how to do it, and the first time tried putting it back on took me 5 minutes before i realised there was that part on the tank that needs to slot in, so don't feel embarrassed that you're watching this. Its good to know how to do it as the 450MT is only a new bike and there is not much out there on it.

For the 650MT the keyhole is on the left side UNDER the seat frame. It's a pain to see as it's black just fyi
