    He made some interesting comments about the Netflix show Sprint, Younger athletes competing with the pros and on the 4x100m relay problems in Paris. There's certain people I can pinpoint from what he said and also recognise his frustration/feelings about it. Fred definitely an authentic and strong character.

    If Fred kerley was a 400m runner before and ran a 9.76 100m time, the 6th the fastest times ever on that discipline, is crazy to me. Even Usain Bolt before 2007 he never ran over the100m distance. He was only focusing on the 200m and 400m disciplines since his childhood .And in less then a year later in 2008 , he ran 9.76 , 9.72 and 9.69 insane . That's why even myself I just wonder if other taller 400m black guys, potentials would look like, if they focused themselves more on the 100 and 200m distances 🤔.

    • @johnsonanum
      @johnsonanum 25 дней назад +1

      @@Henke12 He's not unique in that. Most athletes have an old injury somewhere that acts up if they don't manage it properly. It's one of the reasons Bolt didn't compete as often as Asafa. What matters is how you compete when your injury isn't flaring up. In the video he said he ended his season without any major injury problem, so if all goes well in training, he might be back to his 2022 form next year.

    Nice interview but Kerley talk trash alot, no wonder Noah replied him harshly in 2023 and u were lost all season, how can Kerley say Omayala runs only fast in Kenya when he still did a 9.85s in your country US September 16 and a couple of other 9.8s in others countries before Olympics. Bitter just because Omoyala had a 9.77s at the beginning of the year which happens to be a dream time for all track sprinters.
    My only disappointment here was not this big mouth dude who was lucky to get a bronze in the Olympics, but rather my disappointment was on our legendary Justin, who sits there with his legs wide open and u hear this black dude talk trash on his black brother from Africa, and Justin was laughing at the trash. Gatlin invited Omoyala to this pod before the Olympics and the dude never threw shades at anyone and he honoured Gatlin by showing up for this pod, because we know u aren't paying no one for this pod. And now u let a trash talk from a one season dude make the air. Lol. Peace and love 🎉
