For that Moira eyeshadow , I advise you to use on top of a dark base , preferably cream. Apply the cream shadow blend it , then apply the liquid shadow on the mobile lid or in the centre.

I have liquid shadows like that, I generally will blend the edges with a similar colored powder eyeshadow. With a transition shade in the crease as well.

The Patrick Ta blush is unusual as you're actually supposed to use the powder first and the cream over the powder.

Hi hon, put a matte base shade down first before you use that liquid eyeshadow. Then you should be able to blend it into the matte shade.
