Spielerisch ist die M110 A1 auf jeden Fall im Vorteil, zumindest stock. Auch Tuning ist bei der G28 nicht so einfach wie bei vielen anderen Systemen. Wenn man auf Markings nicht so viel Wert legt und stattdessen Spielbarkeit bevorzugt, wäre die E&C SMR28 auch eine Überlegung wert. Danke für deinen Kommentar!
@@rummbolt die E&C hatten wir grad erst auf dem Tisch. Hier und da ist immer wieder mal eine Stelle die nicht so cool ist wie VFC das gemacht hat. Die Markings möchte ich natürlich auch haben! Aber gerade das Volumen und die Benutzbarkeit ist halt bei E&C besser. Man heult auch nicht gleich direkt los wenn man sich mit der lang macht und ein paar Kratzer ab bekommt. Aber wer HK G28 oder M110 will. Kommt um basteln nicht rum und braucht die VfC einfach
@@flori10383 Jap so seh ich das auch! Ich glaub bei Aliexpress solls Aufkleber geben mit denen man die Markings recht schön "nachträglich" hinzufügen kann. Aber Aufkleber bleibt Aufkleber - irgendwo muss man wohl nen Kompromiss eingehen...

Interesting choice of internal parts, I also own a G28 that I've recently rebuilt. For now I have some really high torque gears for testing. Regarding the trigger I modified the stock unit to add a micoswitch, that I've paired with the gate merf 3.2. I wanted the warfet but couldn't find one in stock where I live. I'm actually really curious how it will perform next weekend. Especially in comparison with an other build that I've done on a Mk20 SSR. This summer I'm gonna attempt to modify and install a gate aster into the V2.2. 1st in the stock gb shell then probably into a retroarms one.

Im not trying to be rude .... but my Double Eagle 904 has the same performance to about 60 meters ... and i only put a better bucking and spring. Nothing more...
That is great! I don´t have any experience with your kind of replica, but we should not compare apples and eggs here. The G28 does not have the reputation of the most easy replica to upgrade properly, so also the results have to be seen from it´s own perspective :)
Did you have a fitament issue closing the upper and lower with the Retro Arms? Also I have the maxx hop up as well in mine but the charging handle is really tight
Hi Bobby, if i remember correctly, it was indeed "difficult" to fit upper and lower with the retro arms shell. Needed some "patience". But not impossible. Never changed something about it. Maybe you will, feel free to report if you do! Have a good one :)
@rummbolt I know it's the back tabs on the gearbox that slide into the upper, forcing the upper receiver to push up, I'm just wondering if you milled this down for a better fit. Thank you for the reply.
Did you borrow the HK G28 completly stock assambled ?because me and my Father try to make together an G28 in Dutch Police variant with the manta supressor cover (DSI) project with Full Retro Arms Tuning, but the problem is the G28 is everywhere sold out and its important for us the F sign due German Weapon Law. I bought a used, hollow G28 body some months ago in the German AirsoftVerzeichnis , so mine had the F Mark on it. The problem with parts availability is huge indeed, you don´t get both the gun and the retro arms shell from the retailers at the moment. This might also be the reason for increasing prices on the used market, as it more and more becomes a true rarity out there... Wish you and your dad good luck an lots of fun with your project!
My sugestion is that just buy the hk417 and get the extended g28 rail, rail covers, scope mount and stock from wgc store and get it cerakoted. I'm actually still getting mg g28 cerakoted as i got it 2nd hand
Cool! For me, the original Mosfet did it´s job just well. An EFCS System would be awesome, but nearly impossible to install due to the V2.2 Gearbox :/ Which one did you use?
@@rummbolt I used the gate warfet, gives me active breaking and precock, I went with a 18:1 gearset paired with a 28tpa motor, for a mech trigger it’s ridiculously snappy
The Warfet is probably one of the best you can get for the G28 / 417. Good choice! With the AB feature, the gears are not that much affected by overspin anymore with weaker springs, right? I think, the Jefftron Processor Unit would also be cool - it allows you to set a Sniper / DMR Dealay - the only mosfet that can do so while not sitting inside the gearbox. Cheers!
Hi! Great video with excellent quality. You mentioned in a previous comment that you sold this rifle for 1400. My question is how did you manage to source the Aimpoint t1 with the sunshade? Is it real or airsoft? I would guess that you didn’t sell your optics with the rifle? Thanks!
Thank you very much for your kind words :) The aimpoint is a clone by BOG, which is one of the few units to fit the G28 mount. Unfortunately, it has a quite ugly BOG marking on it, which i covered with a sticker in the video. I sold it as well. There is also one by Holy Warrior which can fit, but you have to drill the screw holes for the sun shades a little to sit a bit higher. But on the other hand, the holy warrior one has original aimpoint markings, which makes it up a little :) hope this helps - have a good one!
Mich würde interessieren wie die Waffe auf 70 oder 80 Meter performed mit. . 30 er Bbs. 60 Meter bedeutet meistens bei mir keinen Vorteil in Reichweite.
Ich habe die G28 mittlerweile verkauft, daher kann ich das leider nicht mehr nachträglich testen. Nach 60 Metern war aber auf jeden Fall noch nicht Schluss, sie hat auch .45er problemlos gehoppt mit der entsprechenden Reichweite :)
I'm glad you liked it! At this point, i had no heavier bbs than the .43s. But from my feeling, there would also be no prob with .45 Maybe this helped :)

If i remember correctly, the energy increased with heavier BBs. Of course, playing with 0.2g in a DMR is not preferable :)

Try buying parts from WGC shop or bunny airsoft from hongkong, i've recently built a g28 firing 530fps with a gate nano

every single bb curved right.. is that just a feature of the gun? it seems like no matter what you do it will never shoot straight.
