Bro.. ഒരു കൺഫ്യൂഷൻ തീർത്ത് തരുമോ? ഞാൻ ഒരു NRl ആണ് . 2020 jan ഒരു കാർ വാങ്ങിക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു. ഏകദേശം 11 ലക്ഷം ആണ് വില. കയ്യിൽ ആകെ അത്രയും കാശ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുo. പക്ഷേ മുഴുവൻ കാശ് കൊടുക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നില്ല. 10 ലക്ഷം 3 വർഷത്തേക്ക് FD ഇട്ട് 90% ലോൺ എടുക്കുന്നതാണോ നല്ലത് അതോ 5 Lack down payment ചെയ്ത് ബാക്കി കാർലോൺ എടുക്കുന്നതാണോ നല്ലത്?
