UK and European sister brand Lumatek ATS300W version here: lumatek-lighting.com/lumatek-... (no discount code for this option, sorry)
The Photontek SQ300 PRO LED grow light and the European version ATS300W are in an interesting concentric square led bar form.
It is full assembled and only requires plugging in and hanging to setup. There is a 10ft or 3.5m long power cable and onboard dimming controls.
The light output is full spectrum and suitable for growing from seed to harvest. There are also added far red LEDs to broaden the spectrum up to 750nm.
The light spread is excellent and allows for good coverage over its specified 3.5ft x 3.5ft (1m x 1m) grow area. It delivers an average 638 µmols/m²/second which is a good performance level. The system efficiency is 2.02 usable PPF per watt which is a good level.
The FAR red LED output is not measured in the PAR test but is about 8% of the fixture output. If added to the total output calculation the system efficiency from 400nm to 750nm is 2.18 usable PPF per watt
Our test result is the efficiency of the lighting system in terms of PAR reaching the canopy per watt consumed. This will always be lower than the published PPF/watt efficiency which is calculated in an integrated sphere and does not take into account reflectance losses.

WEVE BEEN USING THIS SQ 300 FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW AND WE ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT THEY MAKE SUCH GREAT PRODUCTS!!!!
I really like the design of this light, thanks for sharing this Shane.
✊🏻✌🏼
Definitely interested in trying this light out for my next grow series! Thanks for the great info!
Thanks for the video shane:) cool design!!
Reminds me of the AC Infinity Led. Great work Shane 🤘🤙
Thank you for another great review. :)
I'd really like to see you do a LEP plasma light, see how they perform, for a new technology versus LED, something like the gavita maybe.
Actually the plasma light is much older technology (1882, Philip Diehl and improved by Nikola Tesla at 1890s). Well, also LED was discovered already early 1900s, but took few decades before actual designs. And going to production happened only at 1960s. Anyways, I'm also very interested to see that comparison!
Another Great review Shane I think maxibright just brought a 300w pro that’s looks very similar 👍🏽
A+ great review Shane
Thanks a lot. I've been looking for a PAR distribution pattern for this light for a long time.
In Germany it's sold under the name "Maxibright Daylight 300W PRO".
Your Videos are very informative, professional and short. I like that.
And in UK it’s Lumatek, I don’t know why they operate under all these different brand names

Great review.
Great Content and in and out in under 4:20 ... This is the Way
Love this light 👍🏻
I'm not sure which is hotter. The fixture or the dark haired beauty in their ads. Another great review.
Would you recommend this over the sp3000?
AC infinity now started making lights the first one the have for sale to the public is the (IONGRID S22, FULL SPECTRUM LED GROW LIGHT, 2X2) I am a big fan on AC infinity thus far from their tents to their in-line fans and booster fans would be nice to see what they have to offer as far as lights go but we shall see. On and thank for all the reviews on lights it really helps people in making the best decision for a light that fits their needs. Great work!!!!
Hi, they are sending us their new lights for review soon, stay tuned :)
Are you cool with doing a top 10 different kinds of grow lights.
Like neon led HPS SHPS supher plasma lights and medal lights.
Thoughts?.
Love this light.
Opulent brand has 1 like it
KIND X2 750 watt is rad too.
Using Osram SSL chips.
I'm gonna be testing 2 of the 200 watt Phototek in a 3×5.
Hey, can you please tell me how much heat does this light produce? Do you need a lot of ventilation?
oh wow how i miss this one
Im interested to see what migro has in the woodwork’s coming up? Must be due a new style?
I'm getting the 200W Pro for my veg tent and then the 460W Pro 2.9 for flower. I care a lot about power consumption/efficiency. I could get cheaper stuff, but this brand seems to have great support in Europe (Lumatek).
Hey, can you please tell me how much heat does this light produce? Do you need a lot of ventilation?
@@twentytwo138 no you don’t
am goin for the same setup as you have a 160cmx100cm flower , wonder what you think about the 460 pro ?
@@permariuso For that floor size I would look into a light with a longitudinal format instead of a square one. There's some great models with that style aimed to the commercial grows, some of them reviewed on this channel.
Another solution could be getting 2 of these square 200/300 watters. The 460 can work if it fits your grow space, but maybe you are wasting some light coverage.
CAn this light be hooked up to
The ac infinity wifi pro controller?
Great video as always. But please get a tripod for that camera, all the swaying was trippping my out lol.
I cant decide between this light or the spider farmer es3000 .
Which is better ?
The spider farmer or Lumatek ATS Pro. ?
Lumatek is company you can trust. Since 2004.
Hi could you review grow light by Sanlight EVO or just general info pls.
Could it be possible to do Mars Hydro FC-E’s ? They have different diodes and drivers than others it would be interesting to have your opinion on it :). Also AC Infinity just released a small one, looks pretty cool.
salut le squad
@@oliverclaessens7053 haha je suis pas le seul à regarder les reviews de Migro ^^
WE have the FC here and will be testing and reviewing it soon👍
Hey what's up migro I have been watching all of your videos got the mars fce 3000 and I was missing all kinds of diaodes sent it back now wondering about this light or the new ac infinity x3 mini please do a video on that I need a good and reasonably priced light for a 3x3 I need your help

I just ordered this light 6 days ago. Nice to see a review on it. Looking forward to getting my next run going!
Anyone ever tell you that you look like Noel Gallagher?
Are they out for sell...I've been waiting for them to be released
@@melvinmarquez3340 Yes I believe they started shipping them last week. I ordered mine from led grow lights depo. It shipped last Wednesday. I should be getting it end of this week.
Please send me a pic of them...can't wait to get my hands on them too
Hey, can you please tell me how much heat does this light produce? Do you need a lot of ventilation?
Hi Shane, thanks so much for this info, i've been running the Lumatek ATS300W PRO for a few months and im loving it. But i would love it even more if the dimmer could be in 1% increments instead of only having it increase by 25% in four stages.
i know you can buy their digital lighting controller and achieve this, but its quite pricy, so my question is: Can you achieve this with another, cheaper third-party controller/dimmer?
Hi, yes you can use an external dimmer with Ethernet connector cable👍

Do you cell Dwc 5 gallon bucket lide with net pot built on to it and much need for my grow hope he t bk
Can you try the rhino serie pro 260 by cannaled pleas ?
Hi Shane big fan of your review channel.
I wanted to suggest if you would
consider making an excel sheet and keep adding every light you review and their efficiency and 3year electric cost etc so people can download it or are incentivized to subscribe to your news letter if you have one.
I would really like to sort all the lights by 3 year electricity cost.
😂
How about u do it yourself and share it with the community?
He honestly has a chart like that. Had a cost of operation comparison and cost of purchase and all the info pertinent to a proper review. A few posts back, RUclips, IG or Facebook, I know he's shared it.
How would you feel about running this light in a 4×4
Hi,
It is more suited for up to a 3.5 x 3.5 area in flower.
Thanks.
Hi Shane. I have this light but in a 3ft by 3ft tent would I need to hang the light higher than 42 cm to not stress the plant
Hey, can you please tell me how much heat does this light produce? Do you need a lot of ventilation?
I'd also like to know about the heat management.
@@twentytwo138 Check out Dr. MJ Coco's video on it. I have/had this light (died after 6 weeks, in the process of a replacement under warranty). It produced very little heat. Never measured it, but I could touch any part of the light and hold my hand there without hurting/burning myself.

Do you think it would work well in a 2x2 tent?
Ofc it can fit it can do.
Hi MIGRO, Does this panel still hold up an year later? Just wondering what your opinion is taking into consideration I'm a new grower and how the tech has developed within the past year.
If there's a company you can trust it's this. It's in business since 2004.
Kind Led is copying it so hard.

I use my 200 pro now in flower its amazing, now at 75 percent@@magamagaaa
is it worth to upgrade from Lumatek attis 300W to 300W Pro?
An upgrade is always worth it. ;)
Would be interesting to se a side by side comparison with the new DAYLIGHT 300W LED PRO from Maxibright 😉 peace ✌️
That is the same product. They have different names in different countries
Hi Shane do you stil have the migro100? Thank you
We finished manufacturing the CIBs over a year ago, sorry
@@MIGROLIGHT thank you Shane ,can I just ask what do you recommend for a beginner to start off? Just 1 max 2 to grow? Do you have anything I’m asking because I live a bit far from Dublin ,to pop in to the shop, sort about the hassle and thank you 🙏!
What is better this light or spiderfarm sf 4000 for 1x1m
Lumatek is high quality. Spiderfarmer is absolute junk. Just given to youtubers.
Can u review the maxibright 300w ? Like to compare the 2 .Thanks
same thing with slightly worse IP rating
@@DopeFiend i like the reds on this cheers
sooo any advice from anyone what is the best value led light for under 150$ so many videos i dont know whats even top 3 at this point
Don't.
For 150€ you can only get Chinese lights of lower quality. But if that's what you want, look for Mars Hydro, Spider Farmer, Maxisun, Viparspectra etc.
Just don't buy 'blurple' lights, those with only red and blue spectrum that give off a purple light, they are junk. What is your tent size?
Best light for 2x4 in your opinion would be great.
GLS Grow 300
Viparspecta XS4000
Marshydro SP3000
Growlight science 300s
please test the SANLIGHT EVO!
There's a few different designs out now ,squares, light bars, the cookie sheet lights😂. Wonder which would be the best pick. I guess it all depends on everyone's unique set up n environment!!!
So
Exactly...
How mutch dollars ???
Pls make a test mit sanlight
What brand diodes are used? Can't find that info on lumatek webside either. I'm never gonna buy from a company that doesn't even tell me the parts used
If i remember correctly high end Osram and Lumileds mix, i have maxibright daylight 300w clones of these, they are all being created in the same factory.
@@DopeFiend LUMLEDS instead of Lumileds, they are different brands but i believe they are the same quality, although i can't say for sure.
Nah man it's Lumileds don't spread missinformation
✌️
✊🏻👍🏼✌🏼🇮🇪
KIND LED had this design first on the X220 and x330
These lights you named don't look nothing like ATS. 😂
Lumatek/Photontek since 2004.
Kind Led since 2014.
Lumatek/Photontek - The brightest just got brighter.
Kind Led - The world's best light just got even better
Lumatek/Photontek - ATS
Kind Led - X2 😂
funny the maxsisun with less wattage has a better chart numbers and same total output but its like $200 cheaper, no sense in paying the extra money because this one happens to say Photontek on it.
The price difference is because of the difference in quality. Lumatek and Photontek are quality lights, very well manufactured, with lots of REAL certificates for safety and rating, and a 3-5 year true free warranty. I don't know about Maxisun, but i believe it's a Chinese company just like Mars Hydro, Spider Farmer etc. and those lights are risky. They may show a great result in the beginning, but they may stop working after few months during a grow. They may have fake certificates and they may inflate their numbers. I've read reviews of Mars Hydro TS series, people having loads of problems with them, some people even getting electric shocks from the reflector, other people had their drivers melting.. Those cheap lights can be hazardous. But you shouldn't have to worry about such things with Lumatek and Photontek.
Mars Hydro for example, they don't have true free warranty for the whole 5 years, they only offer 1 year warranty and for the rest you have to pay for shipping and repairs. Or they send you the parts to fix yourself. Or they try to ignore the warranty, or send you the wrong parts etc. Personally i would rather pay 500€ for a light that will last several years, than pay 300€ for a light that only lasts 1 year. And if the light stops working you would have to buy another one for 300€ and now it's 600€ in total, more than the quality light you could've gotten. Or if you decide to get the quality light eventually, you would spend 800€ in total. Could've skipped the whole process and waste of money by getting the quality light in the first place.
Quality organic food is more expensive than the ones in supermarkets where it's filled with chemicals, and it's not the same food.
@@twentytwo138 My sq300 died after 6 weeks of use. I looked on a few review pages of the lumatek version, apparently it was not an isolated incident. Granted they are standing by the warranty, but that still puts me without a light for 3 weeks minimum. It also took a week for them to get back to me and I sent a contact everyday for the whole week. That's a bit rubbish coming from such a reputable company if you ask me.
@@ryanwilliams5705One in a million 😂 Unlucky
@@igormarinkovic1531 well I guess if I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have luck at all 😅
Chinese are selling because they give a lot of light to youtubers. Thats what makes them go up. Quality is questionable with chinese ALWAYS.
You have the 'lumatec ats 300' and the 'lumatec ats 300 pro' its the same as this one
Its lumatek :) and his got the pro version... open your eyes
I was interested in getting this light, but not at over £400 for 300w.
Ressemble à une attis lumatek 300w

It's like 2 people argued over light and made two different companies but same light 😂
Different looking thing....
$429
You been on them edibles again lad
Lolol

I dont blame them they just follow the better company 😂
