Just saw the video now, greatly appreciate showing the techniques to fixing the old classics. Thanks for the mention too. At the moment I'm doing a lower corner repair on a HQ guard. It's much more straightforward than the door. You've given me confidence to try it myself. 👍👍
No problem 👍 there’s definitely no easy way around it but if you do give it a go the heating and tapping it over the original piece really got it sitting a lot smoother. all the best

cheers mate, never to old to give it a go. I’d say with replacement panels on the market it’s very easy to not give it a go . but I found something in myself when I started shaping .
