8. 100 g Cream cheese
9. 20 g Sweetened condensed milk
10. 10 g Sugar
11. 25 g Whipped cream
12. 7 Marian plum
สูตรนี้ทำได้ 1 กล่อง ค่ะ
ขนาดกล่อง: กว้าง 3 นิ้ว สูง 2 นิ้ว ยาว 5 นิ้ว
ส่วนผสม
1. เนื้อมะยงชิด 180 ก
2. น้ำตาลทราย 15 ก
3. เกลือ 1/2 ชช
4. ผิวเลม่อน 1/2 ลูก (ใส่หรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้)
5. น้ำเลม่อน 1/2 ลูก (ใส่หรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้)
6. บิสกิต 50 ก
7. เนยจืดละลาย 25 ก
8. ครีมชีส 100 ก
9. นมข้นหวาน 20 ก
10. น้ำตาล 10 ก
11. วิปครีม 25 ก
12. มะยงชิด 7 ลูก
สามารถปรับความหวานของซอสมะยงชิด และครีมชีสได้ตามชอบเลยค่ะ
