- In this video I re attempt my long held nemesis on the pole: the bird of paradise. I am not a naturally flexible person so this movement has been a long held goal of mine. I found some tricks to make getting into your bird of paradise easer

Well you are BRAVE hahaha. Great effort! You nailed it in my book, this is a huge accomplishment for a non-shapes person. There's def some shapes that I look at and I'm like "nope there's no way".🤣 Maybe with more experience/flex training. Also your place looks really cool!

i'm dying!!! this is so me!! i am amazed by how you still got the BOP in the end! honestly whenever i entered it my elbow position was the same as yours (my elbow pit was not 100% on the pole) and as soon as i switched legs i kinda lost that position... let's see if i can get this shape too... i am working rly hard on flexibility but working on my front splits is taking ages! middle splits came much easier to me... oh dear

Hi there I hadn't seen you in a while. I'm working on a combo that ends in a bird of paradise and I haven't gotten to the bird of paradise yet. You did a beautiful bird of paradise on the second to last try and on the last try you definitely would have gotten it had your ceiling not tried to throw you off the pole 😂 I don't even care if I get bird of paradise holding my right leg at the bottom and keeping a hook grip on my left leg at the top. LOL that's the point I'm going to be scared of. I've done Magnolia and unicorn but I'm sure it's going to be totally different
