The one in the back has hyperextension in her elbows, she was born that way. I have slightly hyperextended elbows, she has a lot of hyperextension. However, locking into your hyperextension like that is not a good idea in the long run, it can result in injury to the ligaments or crushing the cartilage causing early arthritis. She needs to be trained to hold her arms in correct alignment when bearing weight like that. It does take building more strength to do the same type of exercise for the same amount of time as someone without hyperextension, but it's better to respect the body you have and perhaps modify certain other exercises like going down to forearms.
