lol... funny but... you can improve your soul and body with real breathing methods... 2x inhale and 1x exhale for example...
1- Always use your nose. Your mouth should be busy mewing.
2- Always take deep breaths makes your voice deeper. You don't want to be hyperventilating.
3- Try different breathing methods to deal with the stress that you'll face as a man. You're no longer complaining about it like a little whining kid.
No matter what you wear or how you wear it, if it’s not mainstream people will always judge you. So f#*k other opinions and be yourself.

I think the best way to wear a hat really depends on the persons head shape. With anyone I don’t think it would look good to be sitting directly on top of the head like in the second don’t.
But personally I don’t bring the hat all the way down either. I tend to put it somewhere in the middle of the two just as I feel if I have the top of the hat touching the top of my head (pulled all the way down on the head) it makes it look as though I have a more rounded face. Where as if I put it in the centre I don’t have it floating on top of my hair or pulled down to my head looking like a peanut but a nice balanced shaped look.

Celebrities, athletes, hip-hop artists and rappers started doing it and every douchebag in America followed suit. I'm with Alpha, tucking your ears in a baseball cap looks ridiculous.

It depends on the guy. I’m a so called black guy and I never get treated differently with my hat backwards. A lot of this is cultural based. I think if a man is a man then he can give off manly energy with whatever he wears. These tricks are for men that don’t have the proper energy.

if you live in LA or NYC, there are literally 100 ways to wear a baseball hat -- the thing is, if you wear it the wrong way in LA it might get you kilt...The jacked-up look used to be my go-to back in the day

Back in high school, I used to wear it backwards. Until I was at a baseball game and saw some guy wearing it the same way... but with his hands up on his face because the sun was in his eyes. It was in that moment that I considered how stupid I looked and never wore it like that again.
