    Pasta is my kryptonite. If I am cooking some just for myself, I divide up a box of pasta in 200 calories ziplock bags. That helps me resist cooking extra.

    Thank you for your tips. I really appreciated number 3. I found myself getting second serving when I wasn't hungry. I enjoyed the food too much. I would feel guilty afterwards. I'm making lifestyle changes. When I make a mistake, I want to learn and do better.
    I did tip #3 recently. It worked great for me. I didn't overeat. I appreciate your advice. I wish you continued success in all your endeavors.

    Thank you. I weigh a bit less that what you were but fluctuates close by. It is overwhelming and depressing. Started therapy quite recent for chilldhood trauma. Recently discovered you by accident and am grateful. God bless you

    the out of sight out of mind thing works surprisingly well. I hide stuff from myself all the time and will actually forget about it even if it's quite yummy and believe me, i love yummy food. good idea about putting away any leftovers or snacks before eating.

    I make a large pot of minestrone soup and freeze the rest to eat later. Same for other food. It saves time and you have something nutritious that just needs to be defrosted.

    I especially love the idea about bulking out rice/etc with veg alternatives. That would never occur to me but what a fab idea! You really opened my eyes to the idea of abundance and how that helps with almost tricking yourself. Thank you for these videos, they're really helping me along this weight loss journey 🖤 xxx

    Thanks for the great tips ( happy I use most of them ) and joining me on my treadmill walk. I am up to 16 minutes ( started at 12 as that is all I could do with added weight and bad knees) 👍💞🇨🇦
