I think Tracey Hoyt really blossomed as Chibi Usa by the time they got to the Super S dub. Somehow she feels more like a little girl to me. It probably helped that she's less of a brat and more introspective by that season. Her acting in the episode where she becomes a teenager is really great.
Please upload Luna, Artemis and Sailor Pluto. Included some minor characters like Ikuko, Naru, Shingo, or Haruna. Maybe some of the villains would be cool too.

The voice that Rini's buddy with the hairbuns has...is really not appropriate for a little kid. I love Stephanie Beard though!! She actually made this somewhat annoying character a lot more likeable. I like her better than Sandy, but it is nice when they keep the same voice for her Black Lady form.
I liked Stephanie Beard much better than Tracy hoyt its like why didn't they have her in the first place as for Wicked Lady Black lady I prefer Liz Brown much better than Sandy Fox if sandy fox wasn't chosen then I believe that either Stephanie Sheh or Laura Bailey who are two of my favorite voice actress next to Tara Strong could of been great alternative for Rini/Chibiusa

Sugar Jones was a girl group briefly in the late 90s, but a "Miss Sugar" was a vj on YTV who also voiced Rini for a time. I think he did one movie after that and then did Star Wars, he's done quite a few television and movie appearances that most people don't even know about lol . Ironically, he is probably the best Joker voice actor. He always wanted to play the Joker, but they just wouldn't let him. He tried back in the 80s and 90s, but was never able to land the role other than as a voice actor closest he ever got was he played the part of the trickster for the flash, who was a very cheesy ripoff of the Joker to say the least.

The Joker is supposed to be Psychotic and smart, but at the same time have this twisted comedic logic whereas I don't know if it was the acting or the writing but that just didn't make sense the way they had the character in that particular movie. It could have basically been any psychopath off the street running around in a purple suit. It in short, just didn't make sense. If Heath ledger had not have died after that movie. People would probably really hate that version of the Joker.
Tracy's voice is really bratty. Chibiusa in Japanese is more elegant. Stephanie is adorable!!!!!! One of my favorites! And Sandy sounds like the appropriate age :) Japanese is perfect as always.

Tracey Hoyt, however, just sucked. Her voice acting was flat, her tone frequently snide and bratty, she brought no nuance to the role and only succeeded in making Rini as insufferably annoying, unendearing and unlikable to the viewer as possible, which is probably what got the character so much extreme, unwarranted hatred back in the day. One of the DiC dub's worst aspects to be sure.

Am I the only one that doesn't like the DiC voices? I mean, opinions respected and all, but I just really don't like the DiC dub. Although I think Chibiusa (or RINI as they called her in this dub) has the best voice out of all the DiC voices, even her's, I just don't like! I'm sorry if you like the DiC dub, but I'd have to say that I enjoy the VIZ dub and the original Japanese way more. And yes, I did see the DiC dub first.
