Port Of Spain General Hospital's Topping Off Ceremony

The Topping Off ceremony marking the near completion of the Port of Spain General Hospital came off successfully on Monday morning. In his brief address the Prime Minister, Dr. Keith Rowley remarked on the fact that all aspects of the project are on target.
