Anil you touched on S13 of the constitution of Guyana with references to civil society.
However the grouping is made up of several dis-grumpted sour grapes individuals led by an ex PPPc soup drinker Yog Mahadeo.
Not to mentioned the one man band of the human rights associations and one wonder who funds this orgsnisation.
Surely the PPPc must be putting their foot, in the wrong shoes for this so call civil society to open their mouths to make noises.
The local content was written by Jagdeo appointed consultants who paid lip services to the local Guyanese persons.
The consultation process was a sham.
Jagdeo assured the Guyanese nation during his election campaign he will renegotiate the oil deals, he lied.
Jagdeo friend Su stated he can get deals done including changing the legislation for a small fees according to vine news.
The 2022 budget is a sham which lacks creditablity, transparency and accountability.
The procurement process is a sham with key PPPc cronies appointed to manage the process.

As a lawyer you are exposing your incompetency about the appointment of an expert. Was it a PPPc appointed oil expert? Was the expert paid by the PPPc to tell Jagdeo what he want to hear?
