Dear Jessica, I hope you feel my virtual hugs. Wishing you a very speedy recovery. I appreciate you more than you know. I'm looking forward to doing this workout. Love, Carrie
I would like some recommendations for what I should do for workouts as someone currently going through cancer treatments. I’m not overweight, just out of shape from sitting on the couch too much from general tiredness. But I’d like to get in shape at least a little bit. I’ve done a few of your beginner videos. Do you have any recommendations on where to start?
With lunges, which leg should be doing more of the work? I feel like I’m pushing w the back leg more and idk if that’s good. Where should my upper body be to get that balance? Also, where are the knees and weight of the feet should be to have the lunges work optimally and prevent injury?
It will build muscle, which is what you need to be strong, prevent muscle loss and help with bone density! Using dumbbells does NOT "bulk" your legs unless you are truly training in an Olympic weight lifting fashion.
