Watching your opponent's controller to check his DI and make it impossible to miss the upThrow rest is obviously foul play, it's the same as if you look at the screens of the other players in mariokart or a fps to see where they are, clearly not being big brainy/smart, just a cheap cheater.

At least that's what my brain gathers. He doesn't seem like the kind of person to make faces like that from physical pain during a set, it's most likely his brain is extremely conflicted lol.
