Good choice with the protection! I had my Jazz Blue Golf R full wrapped with Ceramic Pro's PPF and it already has saved me multiple times daily driving the car all year round.

These videos keep getting me hyped to do stuff to my Sport Touring (Rallye Red). Not the same level power wise but you know what I mean haha 😂 so far I’ve thrown the HPD Spoiler on it (terrifying drilling 6 massive holes in a week old car), 15% tint, ceramic coating all around (rims included), removed the emblems and replaced with only the black H on the front and rear. Not planning to do much to the engine but next up are the Civic door seals, and the rear seat cargo protector. I’ve already got the all weather mats all around.

Yes! Absolutely
I wonder where the water goes when it's raining.
Definitely not good for a hot engine.

The film and ceramic protects the paint from that. The undercarriage can be undercoated as well, but it will never be 100% protected from the elements
Yeah that’s what I meant, the underside… fluid film maybe?
If you look the Repair Geek channel you will see the results after 5 years spraying his truck and his dad’s truck and there is no rust! So for such an expensive and beautiful car like yours I think it is well worth it
