    The Logistics
    Both athletes will start with their hand on the wall. At the call of go, one athlete will start working. Athletes may switch as desired.
    Teams must pick double or single unders before the workout and may not switch during. Both athletes must do the same version.
    The jump ropes must be advanced after each round
    There will be a standard height for the men and another standard height for the women. The height will be announced with the video demo.
    After the last jump rope is complete by athletes must cross the finish line.
