I took the proctored version, missed it by 8, but i am confused why the proctored has 120 question and this one has 100.
Also passing this version going to get your cert?

The extra 20 questions on the proctored exam are non-scored questions that NASM is using to determine whether or not they should be used as real test questions down the road.
