The guy needs to put his feet back more and drive with his feet planted. Also stopped 2 inches before hitting the bottom of the chest then driving the bar up to the ceiling. No need to touch the chest unless your in powerlifting in a meet

Most ppl need to break their food addiction before they can commit to any life style changes. Simply cutting carbs to 20g or less helps but going 0 cabr 0 sugar will kick the addiction quickest. Carnivore is excellent way to break the addiction to carbs and sugars. I been sugar free so long when i consume a treat irs not tantalizing and im discoufrom finishing it since idc for its taste. Breads make me bloated for dahs so i dont bother with those anymore. Im 41yo and i feel better than in my 20s

I would say CrossFit shoes, water bottle, jump rope, grips, and then I think it's really hard to decide between wrist wraps, knee sleeves, and thumb tape. I almost would put thumb tape first because that, like grips, keeps me from injuring myself (rips) all the time. Knee sleeves do that with rope climbs though.

i don't use thumb tape and knee sleeves are only really use for lunges or competing in heavy lifts. grips are more of a want for me. i try to use them less and less frequently.

One of our issues is that a coach is consistently shaving to be at the top for whatever reason.. Ego I guess? We worry about it setting a bad example, but I can see what you're saying about accepting it's not in our control. Would you advise coaches to not post on the leaderboard? Or just let it go? It's been a rough thing for our owners to wrap their head around on addressing as it's one of the coaches that is supposed to lead with integrity.
agreed. as a coach I am always going to say something to that member. I also approach that situation in different ways depending on the member. Competitor I am going to be harder on them.
