- This video goes over Carter Enterprises' i.t.s. trigger system and their new Set Screw Tension Adjustment trigger system. I also go over a tip from a video John Dudley released on setting up the trigger travel. Check that video out from Dudley here: • Nock On Release Setup ...
Also, here is the link to the video I've made on ways to shoot a hand held release: • Tuesday's Tip of the W...

Thanx for the tip on adjustment, much appreciated.
got a wise choice coming any day now, such a big heads up and great vid bud thanks! I watched johns vids on tuning the carters before I ordered, but that was a great refresher. Thanks!
Thank you for watching it! That's a great release and one that's very hard to find right now too!
Fantastic as usual bro
Great video man!
Thank you for watching!
Can you advise on the chocolate Addiction? It has two springs and one pair is tapered
Dear Robert, I want to purchase a Carter trigger for target archery. However, Carter makes so many models, I can't even narrow down my list. Based on the technology used in the sears, which models would you propose I look into. Great video, ... all of them. Please keep them coming .. Thank you.
Hello. Sorry for the late reply. I like the newer models for the sear internally the best, along with the ease of adjustment for tension, but the older hooks work better in my opinion with how the come off the loop. Carter Just Cuz is a great release. Just b Cuz as well.
@@rcrchery Thank you Robert. I will take your advice and look into those two. Thanks once more.
I just ordered the too simple. What is your opinion on this release? The only thing that is making me a little nervous is the short neck. Will this change my draw length? Or will it be to little to worry about. Thanks for your time.
You'll need to lengthen your d loop about 1/4 inch to get the same anchor point as most other handheld releases because of the shorter neck. It's a good release, but I prefer some of their other models with the longer necks. They do work very well if you have a short axle to axle hunting bow though because of the string angles those style bows have.
He said to move it three numbers instead of one
Can you adjust trigger to come out further like the stan?
Not on the Carter. They have an offset trigger knob, just meaning the hole to mount the knob is to the edge so that can help you extend it out some but it will not be like the Stan.
Which spring comes in the 1st Choice and wise choice?
On the 1st Choice and Wise Choice you adjust the tension using a set screw. That way there's no changing of springs.
have they updated the just cuz to the new system?
On the brass models they have.
