Thank you so much for taking the time out to make these videos. It's hard to find good hydraulics tech videos on RUclips. You go through so much that someone with little to no knowledge can follow and use. Keep up the great work.
Just wanted to point out that when someone is tearing dwn or building an assembly, using the top dwn method is the best way (if it was a robust design) ...just like you have shown @4:48. Another great video of tips. Thanks Alex.
Alex something I would like to pint out is after your done with the cleaning and seals you should also flush out the lines, there will be contaminants left in the oil so flush out those lines.
Awesome vid. question if its not the dumps and there is no leak anywhere. what else could it be? cylinder o rings? i still hear that dame ticking noise
Thank you so much for your informative video on keeping your system in tiptop operating conditions because leaking and dropping pumps on the car is embarrassing but I thank you I do want to ask that you would show a video on how to maintain Waterman dumps so they will be working effectively as well the square bottoms are awesome but can you put a video on pertaining to the maintenance of a Waterman pressure release dump valve thanks .looking forward to seeing it , i’m from the old-school set up with the Waterman Dumps were popular but thanks I’ll be looking for that video you guys are awesome .
Try blue devil thread tape. It seals hydro fluid better that white ptfe tape. I fix the hydros on tow trucks. And try jic seal caps for the fitting. Prevents leaks from misalignment
hay alex what would be some issues you could come into if you have a bad ground ? can you fry motors ? and how long should a motor last ? and i had a ground come lose and now i dont get any response at all from my pumps ,, i changed the ground with a new one thinking it would fix the issue but to my surprise when i hooked the ground up the rear of the car raised up ? im boggled trying to figure out whats going on and i think i burnt up one motor ,,, i wish you guys had a shop in Alabama because theres no shops even close to me worth even takeing my car ,, but i dont know whats going on with my car now ,, it was working fine then i hit a switch and nothing couldn't even dump ,,, untill i disconnected the quick disconnect ,, then i could dump ,, but the strang thing is i could hear the solenoids click when hitting the switch up but the disconnect was disconnected and the only thing i did was change the ground wire ,,, so my brain hurts from trying to figure out what happend ,,, i know alittle but not enough have you ever came into this issue befor ? and what is some things that could happen if your ground comes lose ? i wish you had messenger id hit you up that way ,,, and when might you guys get more hats and shirts in ?
Damn i wish u guy's where located out here in Illinois and show these shops in Chicago on how it's done!! 3 different shops i took my lowrider in and all 3 couldn't get the job done right
OK with all that oil and contamination in contamination in the oil do you have to drain the hoses the hoses all the way to the front or do you just leave it don't don't sound good to leave it so the cylinders are full of contamination also
One quick question Alex ?my pumps have those air valves too that look like tire valves I know they are for putting air but how do they work like how much psi do I put and what is the purpose of them ?
It's a really oldschool thing you could charge it with like 10psi, but I wouldn't reccomend it it can also used to bleed out the air from the tank as well
alexhoppos909 ok yea that’s what I thought it was for to bleed it I would lift it then press it to take out the air but someone said it was to put in air so yea I was confused but ok thanks for the quick reply bro
Man I was hoping in the video you'd be putting the heart seals in the white ones or would be cool if you did a video showing the trick to getting those on they always liked my ass actually have 2 that need to rebuild
What should I look for buying my first lowrider or should you buy a car and have hydraulics installed? I know you got reinforced cut no cut etc. But not that knowledgeable.

Good looking out makes me wanna tear mine apart just to be on the safe side.....how much for a rebuilt kit of o rings
Just wanted to point out that when someone is tearing dwn or building an assembly, using the top dwn method is the best way (if it was a robust design) ...just like you have shown @4:48. Another great video of tips. Thanks Alex.
awesome video man I see people use that tape way too often thanks for the knowledge
Alex something I would like to pint out is after your done with the cleaning and seals you should also flush out the lines, there will be contaminants left in the oil so flush out those lines.
Thanks G! I am glad to see these detailed videos from a great shop that cares! Wish you were in Texas. You recommend any shop in my area?

I always use a JIC union coming out of the block to allow for easier access to the pump
Thank you for the Education Alex... Vic needs his own pod cast lol
I bet Vic's a great guy to work with. Thanks.
Nawwwwwww hahaha jk ya good guy man!!!
Hey Alex, my batteries are no good and was wondering if there’s a way to raise it high enough to drive? Appreciate the videos👍🏻
Try blue devil thread tape. It seals hydro fluid better that white ptfe tape. I fix the hydros on tow trucks. And try jic seal caps for the fitting. Prevents leaks from misalignment
Just tricks ive found from dealing with hydros
Thanks for the video ! Appreciate you taking the time to make them!
Alex..id like to know why my rear cylinder is spinning after i use my switches? I have power balls and coil overs
Are all the o ring kits the same or does it depend on the manufacturer of the pump?
Can you do a video of how to replace a delta dump ... my front dump is leaking and not holding pressure so I got a whole new dump ....
Good shit bro I needed this 🙏 💯 great content
Thank you for making this video you are appreciated!!
I love your channel
Hey bro what’s the price on rebuilding two pumps?
hay alex what would be some issues you could come into if you have a bad ground ? can you fry motors ? and how long should a motor last ? and i had a ground come lose and now i dont get any response at all from my pumps ,, i changed the ground with a new one thinking it would fix the issue but to my surprise when i hooked the ground up the rear of the car raised up ? im boggled trying to figure out whats going on and i think i burnt up one motor ,,, i wish you guys had a shop in Alabama because theres no shops even close to me worth even takeing my car ,, but i dont know whats going on with my car now ,, it was working fine then i hit a switch and nothing couldn't even dump ,,, untill i disconnected the quick disconnect ,, then i could dump ,, but the strang thing is i could hear the solenoids click when hitting the switch up but the disconnect was disconnected and the only thing i did was change the ground wire ,,, so my brain hurts from trying to figure out what happend ,,, i know alittle but not enough have you ever came into this issue befor ? and what is some things that could happen if your ground comes lose ? i wish you had messenger id hit you up that way ,,, and when might you guys get more hats and shirts in ?
Do you rebuild Parker slow down valves water faucet style
Quick question nothing to do with subject but can you reinforce a aluminum subframe on a crown Vic
As Always, Thanks for your knowledge, much appreciated
Damn i wish u guy's where located out here in Illinois and show these shops in Chicago on how it's done!! 3 different shops i took my lowrider in and all 3 couldn't get the job done right
Good stuff again. Quick question how often do you service a pump that is lightly used.
I user to rebuild mine every year on the car I barely drove. My hopper every two weeks unless I screwed stuff up during a hop
Thanks bro I need to do a rebuild soon
Am a pro now 😂😂😂.. keep on the education..👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
How about air valve leaking and what to do to fix it
Very helpful videos bro thanks👍👍👊
Wow awesome video bro..very helpfull and keep em coming
OK with all that oil and contamination in contamination in the oil do you have to drain the hoses the hoses all the way to the front or do you just leave it don't don't sound good to leave it so the cylinders are full of contamination also
We would reccomend to flush out the hoses. Normally what we do would be to release the lines up front and run compressed air thru them
? Alex my car doesn't drop but manically oil disappears from pump I open the trunk n oil is on it where might it be leaking from
Do a video how you remove the hoses inside the car
Excellent video bro. Please keep em coming
Are there any torque specs for the gears? Or any you could share? By the way, these videos make me want to buy your kits bro, thank you!
Yes there is if you watch the video on assembling pumps it talks about it
One quick question Alex ?my pumps have those air valves too that look like tire valves I know they are for putting air but how do they work like how much psi do I put and what is the purpose of them ?

Better To buy without hydraulics bro unless its all reinforced cause most are abused
Wish I could hit the like button more than once 👍👍👍👍
