These remind me of those old LEGO Racers sets that came in the tube-like containers with a car molded on the lid.
Tiny Turbos
Same, I had a few they were such fun sets to play with back in the day
The Huracan looks like an old Racers set! I kind of love it for that.
I really hope lego starts coming out with smaller versions of big vehicles again for people who can't afford/don't have the space for the bigger versions.
The blue polybag McLaren was, and is awesome!
They remind me of the lego racers theme from 2006
Having a theme dedicated to small cars like this, and little city streets to drive on, would be great, I think. Like if Matchbox or Hot Wheels partnered up with Lego. :)
These really small cars are really well put together. I really like some of their details.
Got x2 of those green ones as GWPs. Was nice to be reminded of those old foldout Tiny Turbo Racers sets from the 2000s like #8186: Street Extreme before sorting it into the parts bin.
these were and polybags like them still are actually sold in grocery stores and such in germany, for ~5€. it always shocks me how much less available miscellaneous lego products like this seem to be in the US
Can you review the new jurassic world chaos theory sets
I will. They become available to buy in August. In the meantime I gave my initial thoughts over on the old main JANGBRiCKS channel.
I got the polybag from last year, this green one, and the blue McLaren. I kept the white one built and now I want to rebuild the green and blue ones even more than I did. but they're just such good parts packs.
I tried to get the Aston Martin at Toys R Us but they couldn't find it. I've bought all the Speed Champions polybags since then (only two I think).
I’ve taken quite a liking to this product line as a pick-me-up on down days - a little sorry I repeatedly passed on the Aston Martin
I got the Green car, and have seen the more recent F1 car and the Solus from last year in polybags sold at most all targets in my area (Pensacola area) for a while, and in great quantities too! I didn’t know these sets were ever GWP
I got the green one as a gwp when I didn't know Lego did gwp lol. It was a random surprise.
Now I am on my 3rd year collecting Speed Champions and I like the polybags to go with them.
These look cool but it would be great if they could actually do them in minifigure scale... 6 studs wide.
The current line of vehicles are ridiculous at 8 to 9 studs wide😅
I wonder if you could actually consider these more properly minifigure scaled
I suppose they are definitely closer than the new speed champion scale but maybe also even closer than the old one considering the type of car.
I’m interested to hear peoples thoughts.
Despite of course, lacking detail due to the smaller size and not being able to place minifigures would these be better fit for a realistic city?
I actually think these are really fun!
Nice mini speed racers great review jang 👍
I really miss Tiny Turbos
I miss Tiny Turbos
The poly bag Valkyrie looks way better than the minifigure compatible version
Tiny Turbos
I wonder why those little polybags are so exclusive in the us. In europe (or atleast in germany) they are available at almost every retail store and so easy to get. I have all 3 of the recent 5 wide minibuilds (elva, valkryie and solus gt) and enjoy them alot, hope they come out more of these!
These remind me of the old racers line. Always appreciate your hard work Jang
Only own the Valkyrie and the Solus but display with the 8 studs wide conterparts like I did, they are just perfect !
This was good! I'd love to see more polybag reviews.
