Here is how to make them: ・2 cups chopped strawberries ・1 large chopped banana ・½ cup plain Greek yogurt (I used full fat for extra creaminess) ・1 Tbsp honey ・1 cup dark chocolate chips (I used @hukitchen no sugar added) ・1 Tbsp coconut oil ・chopped roasted + salted peanuts, for sprinkling 1️⃣ Add fruit, yogurt and honey into a bowl and gently toss until combined. 2️⃣ Scoop mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for about 1 hour. 3️⃣ Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 sec increments in the microwave or using a double boiler. Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer and coat each one in chocolate. PRO TIP: I don’t recommend dipping the clusters into the chocolate, the cold cluster will cause the chocolate to harden and make it very difficult to work with. I learned this the hard way. 😅🤣 4️⃣ Quickly sprinkle with chopped peanuts, place in the freezer until chocolate has hardened and enjoy! Store leftover in the freezer for about 1 month. I just recommend letting them sit out of the freezer for about 5 minutes before eating because they tend to freeze pretty solid.
I just made these. Pretty good! My teeth don't like cold though 😮 I used coconut yogurt, and Bochasweet and monkfruit instead of honey. It's a nice treat! Filmed a video which I will post soon ❤

Does freezing it kill any probiotics in it?
