- This insane single cab 6.0L F-250 is PUSHING 600HP with a 62mm stage 2 turbo and 175 / 175 injectors and fully powder coated Piping as well as custom SCT tuning and a straight pipe exhaust and a fully built transmission system that matches absolutely perfect with this set up! This truck absolutely rips and we pushed it to the test we tried tp put it through the hill climb test and some mud and some huge burnouts and even some racing against another 800 HP 6.0

@10mm69 I guess it possible but it's one of those things I guess I'd believe the dyno. As I havent gotten mine on the dyno yet and i have ICON heads, stage 2 cam, SR3 intake, completely custom fuel system, stage 2 kc, 175/30s, with Innovative tuning. Have no idea what power it's making yet, but it's stupid...

Love it, got a white single cab 6.0 and it only makes 400/850 but it only weighs 5,400 lbs. it’s pretty fast for for the low numbers.

I remember driving my uncles 6.0 for a while he got it for dirt cheap. Had like 250k on it rwd. Got it to like 140mph allegedly a few times and It kept on wanting to pull

600hp from only 175/75s, blue spring, basiclly stock 03' turbo with bigger inducer, , and rippin with a sct canned tune! Gotta get my shit dyno'd bet with that coolant filter, ported intake elbow and cold air intake I found on EBay my 6.0 has to be runnin 900-1200hp easy think im gonna try out for that show Pink's

gotta love that dude at the end tryna do a boosted launch he need to realize hes got really really bad tuning or hes not actually making much horsepower, if i try to do a boosted launch and try to build boost for more than a few seconds with my NON vgt it will break loose all 4 tires.

Cost of a good build?
At minimum $7,500 in parts not including trans, exhaust, up pipes, intercooler pipes/intercooler, or fuel pump/reg return. You can cut some cost in certain areas mainly in the heads, you can have your stock heads oringed but I’d just get Kdds

That's called a rev limiter, that's why the rpm bounces. He actually needs more air, not more fuel.

LSmustangX: 600hp is fast truck to most of the population especially for a daily driver and a 6.0 ps. My neighbor has 700 hp ish Cummins he can barely afford to keep it going and pay bills and support his family. not everyone has the financials to support sports car fast trucks. Be humble

Why would you buy something that loves blowing head gaskets? For christ sake man, the 6.0's come stock WITH SAND in the cooling system... these were the worst. Even built "bullet proof" its going to blow. Too much money for something that won't last long.
SixGunZ: I have almost 300k on bone stock 03 f250 6.0 motor only has the old edge juice it's my second 6.0 truck the first one I never had any issues with motor it had programmer only.
No truck comes stock with SAND IN THE COOLING SYSTEM...........come to think of it I don't think trucks have sand in the cs at all
@@biggus_dickkus its (casting sand) stuck in the water jacket in the block, it comes dislodged during use and gets stuck in the coolant side of the oil cooler. It may never be a problem unless the truck is rolled. With that said I have no idea how many 6.0's have casting sand still in the block.
Ive never experienced it personally but I know for a fact it happened to owner of reputable diesel shop when his excursion was rolled onto its side, after it was righted the oil temp was running about 15°hotter the pulled the oil cooler out cut in half and found it had casting sand in it.
Far as I know all cast iron blocks are sand cast, depending who's working that day not all of the sand gets cleaned out if the blocks, I've seen it in some chevy blocks too, it's not a bit deal just get coolant filter, aggressively back flush the cooler reuse.
@@jesusisreal3209 You're 100% incorrect. I'm getting tired of explaining this, but here we go again.
It's not casting sand that's in the coolant system, it's isolated silica from Motorcraft Gold coolant. Ford added silica to coolant as a better conductor of heat, but it created a big problem in the 6.0. Coolant flash boils in the egr cooler and thus, the silica is isolated. Overtime, this build of up silica is ultimately what blows the vast majority of headgaskets due to the oil cooler plugging and not allowing flow to the egr cooler. Over time, stress fractures from heat develop in the EGR cooler and they eventually blow. If Ford would have used a non-silica ELC from day one, the 6.0 would have a much different reputation. Zero issues with either of my 6.0's, post bulletproofing (and running CAT ELC).
By that logic, why would anyone dump money into a 6.7 Cummins? I've replaced at least 20 headgaskets on 6.7 ISB's and the failure point is always #5 or #6 cylinder. Fleece makes a bypass kit that remedies this issue, but if you live a state that requires emissions, it can't be run. The point is, every truck has plenty of weaknesses. Hell, I've spent more money in the last five years on my 1996 12v than either of my 6.0's combined (for mechanical issues).

My 6.0 has way more parts than his truck, That ain't no 600hp build. Mine has all aluminum radiator and intercooler. All aluminum piping and mine even has a bov. Blue spring with upgraded banjo 🔩, i acully have a powermax stage 2 60mm setup and it looks nothing like his still looking stock setup. And im still not making 600hp. His has the 03 turbo is the only reason it sounds the way it does with a big exhaust tip and a few engine bolt ons and its way over turned. He even has the stock radiator and probably the stock intercooler also like wtf..
