very informative video brother...keep up the good work. I started my weight loss journey in May 2018. I was 92 kg at that time and my waist measurement was 42 inches. Now with controlled diet and regular workout I am 79 kg and my waist is under 37 inches. The key is to take 5 meals a day and the dinner should be the lightest meal of the day with no carbs in that. But please remember don't be impatient and check your waist line and weight every week. Best of luck

I have been watching your videos for months..... I made my goal to eat healthy (my lifestyle changed drastically )and I have been eating healthy for two months and guess what I lost 4kgs.
