    "Cravings last only for 10mins.. If that 10mins passes.. The cravings will be gone.. " this part actually helps not just only on food cravings.. But other Cravings as well.. If u know what I mean :P

    very informative video brother...keep up the good work. I started my weight loss journey in May 2018. I was 92 kg at that time and my waist measurement was 42 inches. Now with controlled diet and regular workout I am 79 kg and my waist is under 37 inches. The key is to take 5 meals a day and the dinner should be the lightest meal of the day with no carbs in that. But please remember don't be impatient and check your waist line and weight every week. Best of luck

      @Aj J have veg soup, eat fibre like vegetables boiled without spices and may be 1 egg white..........u will be full but its very light dinner and u will feel hingry next day and eat b4 6:30 before sunset

    I have been watching your videos for months..... I made my goal to eat healthy (my lifestyle changed drastically )and I have been eating healthy for two months and guess what I lost 4kgs.     Heyy, this video is so much relevent, I have experienced this in the past but didn't knew the reason..when i was in the diet and lost 15 kgs,
    I used to have very less craving like..1-2 times a week..because my diet intake used to be more of protein and it helped me to be full almost all the time..so..now when i look back..and feel glad how i did that..this was the reason..this video is soo sooo sooooo true.. *blinks*

    At 5:07, you have put bread under cravings.. I was just wondering if brown bread isn't a healthier option. Please confirm.

    I have a doubt. Does eating a lot of fruits in a day have any adverse effect? I know that it has sugar(fructose), does fructose even have to be moderated in intake? I know raw sugar is pretty dangerous.

    Hi..I recently started following your videos, one suggestion is, please do all videos in english as there are many people who don't know hindi in India like me. Though I understood 70 percent..I suggest u to say everything in english as well as hindi, if it s unavoidable
