The female officer kept quiet when he was placed under arrest for remaining silent. She could have spoken up when the arresting officer said he was being arrested for walking away, she told him he was not detained. $$$$$
This is egregious! And every single cop just stands their watching feeling justified in their actions because "I said". I will never call for a welfare check after watching video after video of police turning it into a case against the person who's well-being is being checked on. Fthatsht!...Land of the "we're the government and we're here to help".
Asked not detained twice told no. Walked away. Arresting officer charging with obstructing for walking away. I def would have said I don't consent to searches or seizures.
