I did this and it still does not work. So I bought another Microsoft account using the same email for Minecraft, a few weeks went by and I sign in and got the message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist." To do that, please follow these steps: 1) Open Minecraft on your Mac. 2) Click on "Installations" in the top navigation bar. 3) Select your profile. 4) Click "More Options" for the selected profile. 5) Click "Open Game Dir." 6) Locate a folder called "caches." 7) Delete the "caches" folder by dragging it to the trash or right-clicking and selecting "Move to Trash." 8) Finally, restart Minecraft. Hi @imbxredderpf2899, you may be trying to sign into business apps with a personal account, or into personal apps with a business account. Make sure you're using the correct account type for the app.
ive never even signed into 365 ever before to begin with. there was nothing to delete. I never use microsoft unless i absolutely have no choice since its so crap and this shit happens anyway...

Unfortunately, that requires the effort of uninstalling all your Microsoft 365 apps and reinstalling them in the app store.
