    I did this and it still does not work. So I bought another Microsoft account using the same email for Minecraft, a few weeks went by and I sign in and got the message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist." Am sick and tried to get that message and having to buy another Microsoft account every time.

    • @businesstechplanet
      @businesstechplanet  9 месяцев назад

      Hi, thanks for getting in touch. If you can log into your Microsoft account, but it says that the account doesn't exist while logging into Minecraft, you could try clearing your Minecraft cache.
      To do that, please follow these steps:
      1) Open Minecraft on your Mac.
      2) Click on "Installations" in the top navigation bar.
      3) Select your profile.
      4) Click "More Options" for the selected profile.
      5) Click "Open Game Dir."
      6) Locate a folder called "caches."
      7) Delete the "caches" folder by dragging it to the trash or right-clicking and selecting "Move to Trash."
      8) Finally, restart Minecraft.
      We hope this helps, and please let us know if you need any more assistance.

    i deleted an account and I cannot get it back, I tried this and it does not work. any tips?

    • @businesstechplanet
      @businesstechplanet  Год назад +2

      Hi Sienna, thanks for the question.
      If you closed your Microsoft account, there is a 60-day grace period in which you can reactivate the account.
      To do that, sign in at microsoft365.com and follow the steps to reactivate. Please ensure that the account name is spelt correctly.
      However, if you're seeing the "That Microsoft account doesn't exist" error, it's possible that the 60-day grace period has elapsed, and you won't be able to reactivate your account. In that case, you will need to create a new Microsoft account.
      For more information on deleted accounts, please refer to the following Microsoft resource:
      support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/reopen-your-microsoft-account-52d7f36e-4c2f-489a-8584-de5fc7918362
      Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with regarding this issue.

      Hi, we're sorry to hear that you lost access to your college account. Your college IT team should be able to reconfigure your account for you so that you can reset your 2FA. We advise that you contact them immediately to resolve the issue.

      Hello, we're sorry to hear that your Microsoft account has been compromised. Please try the following steps:
      1) Visit the Microsoft account recovery page: account.live.com/password/reset
      2) Choose the option "I don't have any of these" when asked for the verification method.
      3) Fill out the account recovery form with as much accurate information as possible. This may include details like recent passwords, security questions, and more.
      Contact Microsoft Support:
      If that doesn't work, head to support.microsoft.com/
      and navigate to the "Contact us" section. There, follow the instructions to get in touch with a Microsoft support representative, who can guide you through the account recovery process.

      Hello, thanks for getting in touch. To clear cached credentials in Android, try these steps:
      1) Go to Settings (scroll down and hit the cog icon)
      2) Scroll down and tap on "Apps."
      3) Locate and tap the Microsoft App you're trying to access.
      4) Scroll down and tap on "Storage."
      5) Now hit "Clear cache" at the bottom.
      If that doesn't work, you can try to "Clear data" instead. However, please be aware that doing so will essentially reset the app to its initial state.
      If you're using Chrome, try these steps:
      1) Tap the three dots in the top right.
      2) Scroll down and hit "Settings."
      3) Go to "Privacy and security."
      4) Tap "Clear browsing data."
      Here, you can clear the cache, or cookies and site data.

    How to do it for iphone

    • @businesstechplanet
      @businesstechplanet  10 месяцев назад

      Hello, thanks for getting in touch. Although iOS doesn't offer a universal method for removing app cache, we can still achieve the same effect through reinstallation of the apps.
      Unfortunately, that requires the effort of uninstalling all your Microsoft 365 apps and reinstalling them in the app store.
      If you still can't access your account after reinstalling your MS365 apps, then there might be a problem with your account itself.
      1) Go to this link and enter your email or phone:
      account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx
      2) If you see a message stating that Microsoft doesn't recognize your account, head to the link below and follow the steps to find your account email:
      support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/you-forgot-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c
      3) If the above steps fail, your last option is the account recovery page:
      account.live.com/acsr
      Good luck, and please let us know if you require any more assistance.
