If you are using a browser to access your Microsoft 365 applications, you may need to clear your browser cache. Hi, great question. When a coworker attempts to schedule a meeting with you in Microsoft Teams, Teams will check your Outlook calendar for availability. If you have set working hours and are out of the office during the proposed meeting time, Teams will show you as unavailable.

Hi @angayarkannim723, if the user can't see a newly created notebook or page, ask them to use the online version of OneNote. If the notebook or page is visible in the online version but not the desktop version, that indicates a sync issue. If clearing the cache does not work, we suggest checking OneDrive. 1) Ask the user to open OneDrive from the desktop, and click the blue cloud icon in bottom right. 2) In OneDrive, click the cog icon and choose "Settings." 3) In Settings, click "Choose folders" and ensure that the folder they are saving to is checked. 4) Then click "OK." Hi @toromanow, it's possible that you're using Classic Teams. We suggest switching to New Teams by clicking the toggle located in the top left. 1) In New Teams, click the three dots in the top right. 2) Go to "Settings." 3) In Settings, head to "Files and links" in the left menu. 4) Then click the select box and choose "Browser." If Chrome is your default browser, Teams links should now open in Chrome. To clear cache, please follow these steps: 1) Press Command + Space 2) Type "terminal" into the spotlight search and hit enter. 3) In terminal, paste the following commands and press enter after each: rm -rf ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2 If Teams still does not work, try reinstalling the application. Also, check to make sure the browser version is working at teams.microsoft.com because if it's not working, there may be a compatibility problem. If error 0-2054 relates to Windows Defender, it could indicate a problem with an update. Please check for Windows Updates. If updating Windows doesn't solve the problem, try reinstalling Windows Defender. 1) Head to the following webpage and scroll down to the download options: www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/defenderupdates 2) Download either the 32-bit, 64-bit, or ARM version, depending on your operating system. To check your operating system, type "about" into your Windows search bar and then click "Open." Hello, @BYY22671. The methods given in this video are the best ways to unsync your OneDrive account for macOS. If pausing the sync and unselecting the synced folders doesn't work, the only other way would be to quit OneDrive. To do that, right-click the cloud icon at the top and select "Quit OneDrive." Alternatively, instead of selecting folders in Preferences > Account, click "Stop sync" instead.

If you can't see the grey OneDrive icon on your Mac, it's likely that OneDrive is not running or syncing properly. 1: Run OneDrive: • Click the Launchpad in the Dock. • Locate and single-click OneDrive. If the OneDrive icon still does not appear, try the following: 2: Clear OneDrive Cached Credentials: • Open Spotlight search (Cmd + Space) and type “Keychain.” • Select “Keychain Access.” • Look for and delete any credentials related to OneDrive. • Run OneDrive again. 3: Alternatively: • Select your desktop and press Cmd + Shift + G. • Enter "~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.OneDriveLauncher/Data/Library/" and press Enter. • Delete the contents of the "Caches" and "Keychains" folders. • Restart OneDrive. I had this problem and tried for several days to fix it. I found a solution. I use wondows, not sure how it would work on a mac. I've tried to remove credentials at credential mananger. No effekt. I logged out of every single office account after and logged back inn, didn't work. I even tried to delete every single office file from the whole computer, restarted and deleted the rest from appdata. Then I reinstalled office 365 and I still couldn't log in. No the error was that I my product was unlicenced, even though it's paid until September. I tried the web version, I couldn't save or upload any file. I logged into another acount, no problem. I tried to open my file that was connected to my old accound, it couldn't. Here is the solution that worked for me. I created another administrator user on my computer. Office worked fine on this user when I logged on with my old email adress. Then I deleted my old user and every file, everything backed up on OneDrive. Then I restarted my computer and created a new user with my mail. Now everything works. That took me about 10 minutes, and 30 minutes to log back in to my apps. Everything works now. So if nothing else work and you are able to use word, excel, power point etc on another user, delete the user and create a new one.

Hi, thanks for the reply. When Microsoft released the line anchors, they described them as "Connectors." Microsoft have since released shape connectors, which means there may be some confusion between line anchor "connectors" and shape "connectors."
