You made some great progress, Alex. It comes along nicely, and I totally understand what you mean when you talk about the difference between a plastic model and a wooden ship. Here indeed you start from scratch, and it must be even more gratifying when you are progressing. Every step is something you did to build up and give life to the ship.

Amazing video! Do you have suggestions about how to fix the appearance of the hull, as the thin strips I have laid down are not completely flush with the hull (there are some gaps)?
Hello Alex, another very nice video from you. Building such a wooden ship is not easy the first time :-) It won't be easier for me. But what you've conjured up so far looks great. I'm looking forward to the next video. Maybe you can do one or two more videos, but more detailed. Until next time... Oh ... just maybe you could change the music :-)
Nice build but, please, please, please! Consider use black metal tint on your shiny brass parts. Your ship will look more realistic and less model toy-like.
love watching the build as you get farther along but i do have a question . what glue are you using that needs the activator , im really interested in it .
Its Super Glue 🙂 i use the acelerator when i want a really fast bond. I aplly tge super glue and then tge acelerator... Have to Wait a few seconds in position and it will be Hard Rock🙂👍

Hi Alex. Your rudder fastenings look a bit clunky and unrealistic. It's a shame as you've done such good, meticulous work on the other parts. It might help if you carved out a small recess into the hull and rudder where they are attached. I appreciate that this could be difficult as you probably don't have much wood to work with, but you might want to give it a try to see if it looks better. On a real ship, these fasteners would be as close as possible flush with the hull and rudder to reduce drag from the water. Love your channel! Thank you.
